I could've paid a fraction of that and spent 20 minutes of my own time changing my own oil. I noticed after a couple of days that I had oil dripping on my driveway I have never had any leaks on my vehicle, so I thought it could've been from another car. I let it sit for another day saw that there was more oil underneath. I got underneath my car to examine and found out that they did not tighten the oil filter on all the way, so it was just leaking out the sides. The one job that you do and you can't do it correctly and charge more than most dealerships would charge for an oil change. I would not recommend this place stay far away unless you were looking to destroy your vehicle. I am just glad that I caught the leak before it became a serious mechanical issue.

I didn't feel pressured and the prices were explained well, she gave me a coupon they had going on as well. Came in as a first time customer and selected the most expensive synthetic oil change including…read moretire rotation and fluid top offs. I asked them to look at my brakes when they rotated the tires and let me know how they're doing... told me my front brakes had 15% life left in them and back brakes had about 25%, and that I needed to get all pads and front rotors replaced as soon as possible. Told me the price to get them done there. I said I'd think about it. A week later, I just left my car dealership where the mechanic did a full inspection and found that actually my front brakes have 45% life left in them, and my back brakes have upwards of 60% left. Apparently it is nowhere near time to change my brake pads let alone my rotors. I am thankful that I got a second opinion before doing unnecessary service on my car and paying over $300.

I love the music in the waiting room! They have other locations but I ended up at this one a little far from where I am right now but I think it was meant to be it's a beautiful place clean comfortable and the waiting room has coffee and other drinks and snacks, great places to sit, good Wi-Fi, it's just clean and nice much nicer than most places that you get your oil changed. Everyone in the office is great, service with a smile! The report that they send you after their inspection is very thorough and even has video to show you what you might need which I really appreciate. I have a few pics mainly just the waiting room lol it was so nice there. All in all a great place.

My Honda Pilot was misfiring and had to be towed in, but Jason was helpful and professional from our first phone conversation. He kept me informed throughout the process and made me feel confident my SUV was in good hands. Jason sent a detailed link explaining the necessary repairs and what I should plan to address in the future. Everything was clear and easy to understand. I especially appreciated that there was no pressure or unnecessary upselling. I was told what my vehicle needed and what could wait. I researched the recommendations and found the repairs and pricing fair and reasonable. Honesty and transparency can be hard to find in automotive repair, but this location truly stood out. I will never, ever, ever go back to Pep Boys especially the one on I-240 and Walker (OKC,…read moreOklahoma). I had my car towed there on June 12th, 2024 because of a rim and tire issue. On June 13th, 2024 I spoke to an employee by the name of Juan, he informed me that the tire was fixed but I needed a rim. He also informed me that he would be able to go get me another rim I just needed to front him the money. On June 14th, 2024 Juan called me and told me he didn't buy the rim because he wanted to double check and that he was going to go to a pull a part place to get the rim. On June 15th, 2024 Juan called me just to tell me that he won't be able to get the rim that day because he gets off at 3:00 pm and the pull part place closes at 3:30 pm. Finally on June 16th, 2024 my car was able to be picked up. At approximately 1 pm I arrived at Pep Boys at the location I stated before and I noticed my window was half way down. I didn't think anything of it just wanted to get my keys and leave. When I had received my keys this Juan guy was nowhere to be found. I then returned back to my car opened my doors and noticed that my car was flipped upside down. I then noticed a bunch of my personal items missing from my car. (Example: Nike Bag, Jordan Cleats, Batting Gloves, Nike Turfs, Fishing Tackle Box, Lawn Chair and very large Igloo Ice Chest). I did file a police report with the OKC police department. On June 17th, 2024 a member from Pep Boys (Leader Ship Team) from Corporate gave me a call and his name was Jason. Jason informed me that he was coming into town to watch footage about my incident and that I would hear from him in the next couple days. On June 27th, 2024 I didn't get any type of update nor call so I called Jason by phone with the number he called me at and guess what no answer. I then called Corporate again and wanted to speak to someone else that could actually help or even update me. Corporate informed me that they would have someone call me in the next 24 hours and until this day I have not heard from anybody from Pep Boys. Finally, since you guys were able to hear about my experience with Pep Boys, I hope this wouldn't happen to anybody else. I have my attorney team getting together to figure something out, since Pep Boys don't feel responsible about what happened to my car while it was on THEIR property.
