My complaint is less about that than it is about the attitude I encountered when I called about it. I left the day of the oil change because I had to get back to work. When I returned the next day for the car wash, the receipts I had did not work for the car wash. I called and was told that "if I lost the recept there would be no car wash." I went to their Facebook page hoping someone in authority would help, instead they posted a picture of me sitting in my car holding a piece of paper. Saying that proved that I got the receipt -- yes I got a receipt for the oil change and a register receipt, nothing else. If they had spent less time trying to prove me wrong and more time providing good customer service, I would not be posting this review.

So we pulled off to the nearest tire shop, Lil' Tire Shop. They were very quick to take the tire off and evaluate the damage. We were hopeful to get our tire patched, but the technicians showed us the bad news of the sidewall being cut very badly (lucky we didn't have a blowout). We had to get a new tire which unfortunately they didn't have in stock and they informed us it wouldn't arrive for about 4-5 hours. We were okay with waiting, but one of their technicians Bobby decided to personally go pick up the tire we needed to get us back on the road as soon as possible. After he returned with the tire we needed, they were very fast to get it mounted and balanced. We got back on the road no more than 2 hours after we arrived at the shop. We couldn't say enough good things about this shop. Thanks to Bobby and his team of technicians and wonderful staff at the front desk, they turned our nightmare situation into just a small bump in the road.
