Went here just recently and don't know what the man's name was but he had a horrible attitude I was trying to sell some brand new Jordan shoes that haven't been worn and this idiot wanted to argue with me talking about they weren't authentic how you go tell somebody about what you think is authentic when they know it's real and nothing wrong with them in the box ? This is by far one of the better pawn shops I've been to. Staff is super helpful and friendly. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING THOUGH. Their interest rates have to be the best I've seen in California. The BEST pawn shop around! I echo what everyone else has said -- the store is clean, and both Tony & Vince are great, straight shooting, friendly guys. They don't make you feel dumb about trying to sell your items and what you feel they're worth. They will sit there and do the research with you in order to give you a fair price. I recently sold them my almost mint Trek FX 7.7 all carbon fiber bicycle that I unfortunately could not use anymore due to my deteriorating health, and was given a very fair price for it. I'm sure they will find a great home for it. If I ever have any other future items to sell, I will definitely be back here again.
