I was expecting to drop off my watch and come back in a week because of other watch repair places I've been to but not only was the service super fast, everyone there was so nice. 8/25/26-8/26/26 8/25/26 I received a call from Sean…read moreinforming my elongated cushion ran into a snag when replacing. The stone itself was much taller and needed height adjustment. This would need gold to supplement. Fortunately, I had a ring resized two sizes down so had some extra gold material that he used for a trade in. Then they were able to add some height for the new stone. 8/26/26 I checked in with Sean to see if the ring was ready. He informed me he was not in the store today but the rings should be ready to pick up. I called the store to confirm it was ready for pick up. When I received my rings, I was simply over the moon. My missing stone from my eternity band had been replaced. Looked like its old self again. My cushion was now resized so now I can wear it without falling off. Last but not least, my problem child elongated cushion stone replacement- it is absolutely beautiful with the new stone. I could see a shadow on one side where the added height was and the inner ring lining is now polished vs before it was matte. I'm not going to be too picky about this one due to them having to work on a ring that I had custom made in India. The fix is not Going to be perfect. Different techniques for revisions etc. skill will be different than the original designer. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience here. I feel confident in returning in the future for my jewelry repair needs.

I called the location and spoke to Debbie, who was kind and helpful in scheduling a same day appointment for me and my daughter. I was getting a second set of piercings for myself (to motivate my daughter who was a little nervous). I was told they typically do piercings Friday/Saturday/Sun and appointments are preferred. The location is a jewelry store so they buzz you in. The store is incredibly clean and welcoming. Debbie and Nikki assisted us. They sanitized my daughter's ears, let her pick out the earrings she wanted (good variety of 14k gold/white gold), and did the two ears at once since they had both staff present. They use a gun like device that pinches the earring in versus a thick needle. It was done within seconds. My daughter was given a certificate for bravery and tiara as well. They even gave me one so we could take a photo together. Thank you, Debbie and Nikki, for being so kind and patient with my daughter. She left with the biggest smile . I am so grateful to the amazing team at Coby Madison for repairing my wedding rings. I had been…read moremeaning to come in to get my rings resized as they had started to fit tight, but I waited too long and ended up having to get them cut off! One night I could not get my rings off no matter what I did! My finger even got swollen from trying to get my rings off. The next morning, I went into Coby Madison and was greeted by James. I explained my situation and he looked at my finger and right away noticed that it was swollen. He said he could help with cutting the rings off. He was able to get them off quickly, and although I was relieved to get them off after being stuck, I also felt sad that they had to be cut off. While getting the rings cut off, I got hot due to being nervous and James had me take a seat and gave me some water. I really appreciated how kind he was and that he understood having my rings cut off can be a bit emotional. Since my finger was swollen, I had to wait until the swelling went down to return to be sized for my rings to be repaired. James provided me with a bag to keep the rings safe. I returned two weeks later to make sure the swelling was completely gone. This time I was helped by Linda and she was amazing. She had me try on different rings to make sure we got the correct ring size. She provided me with options on how I could repair my wedding ring if I needed to change the design. She informed me that the store has a texting system which makes communicating with their customers easier. This really was convenient for me to get updates on the repairs for my rings. They had originally informed me that it could take 3-4 weeks depending on how many orders they are working on, so I was pleasantly surprised when my rings were ready in two weeks. I felt so naked without my rings, so I was happy that they had them ready quicker than expected. My rings came out great and fit perfectly! They also looked clean and sparkly. I had an amazing experience working with James and Linda. They provided great customer service! I would highly recommend them for any of your jewelry needs.
