Do not come here ! I just left this store not even 15 minutes ago ! I took in one of my 18k white gold aqua marine diamond bracelets in there just to see how much it was worth! I handed over my bracelet to the young boy over the counter and to my surprise he couldn't even tell weather it was silver or not( what a joke) when it clearly reads it on the side of my clasp and then not to mention it only took him two seconds to " look" at it! Pretty much a slap in the face...well we turned around and sold it for $90 which is much more close to the value of the item. Came here to buy a computer monitor that I saw on Craigslist, the monitor is discontinued and I want a 2nd one to run dual monitors.. This place is ghetto and trashy upon first entering through the security gate. The assistant manager tells me that it's not possible to sell just the monitor without the computer- when they have 6 monitors on the shelf behind me.. Dude in there is a crook I brought a receiver in there I looked online price for it was 150-300 bucks homeboy offered me 15 for both a sub and receiver. The sub still worked and to be honest I don't think he knew what he was doing in the first place. The lady at the counter I know was talking crap in Spanish which by then I'm already pissed cuz he then lowers the price to 10 then tells me the receiver is old it won't sell. Horrible place. Dumb employees. I was looking for a stereo that can play MP3 cd's and found one on Craigslist. It happen to be this pawn shop which I didn't know until I arrived there. On the ad it said make us an offer so when I got there they originally wanted $39 so I offered $30 the kid looks to the manager and he says $37 plus tax so about $39 still. Long story short I drove 35 minutes to get there so I didn't want to completely waste my time. Bought it for $35 and to my surprise it doesn't even play MP3 cd's. It also said it came with a remote. DIDN'T GET THAT EITHER. Called the pawn shop back and the kid puts me on hold then tells me to call back tomorrow. This shop is a JOKE and their employees act like they can't answer questions, they have to ask each other when I ask a question. And the answer they give? Not even an answer. Long story short they damaged our 50" TV (crack in corner, TV no longer works black screen), and are cleaning their hands by saying we signed their paper and they are no longer responsible. Don't go there, but if you do pawn electronics MAKE SURE you check them before signing and leaving that place, or else if they damage your equipment they wont care. Second, if you have a similar problem report them to BBB. These bastards are getting away, they don't even have the decency to ask their customers to check their electronics before leaving, which can be an issue if damages arise. read more
