I would choose 0 stars if I could. I just came to try to sell a 2022 Roku 4K smart tv 50" and they low balled me the minute I walked in the door. Shouted "$60-$80 based off looks but first let me do the research to find the the value, I'll help you in a moment". I wait in line for like 15 minutes and another lady helps me and I had told her that her co worker said eyeball estimates the tv is worth $60-$80 and I want at least $100. She says "okay let me check with her I'll be back" comes back and doesn't do research at all and says the tv is worth $60. They just click on their computer for bs and low ball you for their own profit. I definitely don't recommend coming here! Waste of time! The TV is in excellent condition basically new. Bought for 7 months and barely used. They never did research or tried to meet me halfway. Just $60 read more

I didn't have a problem with this place until today. I went in earlier to pawn my Gucci belt that I've pawn here a couple of times. Today they said they will only loan $50. I've been a really good customer with them and I can't believe they wouldn't do it for the same amount like the previous times. I still have my Gucci purse and Gucci earrings in there. I tried selling multiple items to this store because I hate having to deal with people on Facebook Marketplace and every time I try and sell them something they always tell me it's not worth anything. I'm not an idiot I know what stuff is worth or I at least know the ballpark of what the item cost. However these people only base their judgements on what EBay has sold them for. Their whole basis of buying an item from you revolves around EBay just FYI. Forget about what other sites sell them for they ONLY use EBay. Ok fine but I had an e-bike I brought in to sell in like new condition and just because 2 of the listings on eBay had sold the item for around $300, they're gonna overlook the other listings that had it sold for $1,000. So they only offered me $200. Have you ever heard of an e-bike selling for less than $300?? I dare you to find an e-bike in great condition for $300! More than 80% of e-bikes are a thousand dollars or more and these people had the audacity to offer me $200. My bike only had 7 miles on it, so it's practically new. And still only $200 because of 2 eBay listings. Forget about the other 6 listings eBay had but no let's focus on just those 2 listings. What a joke! And it's funny because when he tried clicking the listing it would say error so we couldn't see why it only sold for $300. For all we know it could've been in horrible condition or maybe that didn't cover shipping so the person could've spent $500 on the item altogether. We never knew! But I wasn't gonna argue clearly the guy who helped me was an idiot. I'm sorry but these people suck and I really tried giving them a chance. read more

I'm looking for an E bike for a while now. Buddy of my calls he tells me he's at the pawnshop on University Avenue and they've got three really cool bikes. So I drive over and they do and there's one that I really really like So checking out to see bike the sales people are friendly, but not overbearing and seemed to be pretty knowledgeable about the product. I take the E bike out for a test rides beautifully. On the ride, I stopped and I googled the bike Knew the bike sales for over $1300. They're asking six. I checked out the other two bikes, but the side, the first one the one I like So I ended up leaving with a $1300 bike for $600 Got the bike home, put some air in the tires and I've had a week now of problem free writing It's a great bike. The purchase experience was excellent. The sales staff really knew their stuff. I'd recommend this business to anybody and yes, it's my first purchase at a pawn shop. read more

Recently found out that my granddaughters are not interested in my jewelry. Maybe if I was offering Hi-Tech play stations it might be different. So, I decided to sell a few things today. Time to downsize the jewelry as I don't really go anywhere to wear it anymore. Extra cash is always nice. I was fortunate to get the young lady Yohana Montejano who is very friendly, happy and knowledgeable. I really appreciated her as she was not aggressive as some of the Pawnbrokers I have seen on reality shows. LOL Yes, I do enjoy watching all the finagling and it definitely is a learning experience. I do believe it helped me today when I was asked how much I wanted and was able to negotiate a better price then expected. So who has the last laugh now.. LOL I did take my MontBlanc pen with me as I have had different opinions. Yohana was familiar what's the brand and gave me an accurate description of what I thought it was. WASTED MY TIME!! I called them before making a 35 minute drive to them just to verify what they were charging per gram for their 10k and 14k Gold Miami Cuban Link Chains. One of their employees told me a prices over the phone which intrigued me to go take a look in person. When I arrived about 40 minutes after our conversation over the phone, the rep I spoke to had already left for the day. The gentleman that attended me was trying to charge more than 2X more what they originally told me over the phone. Even after I explained what I was quoted over the phone he did not want to honor the price. Literally more expensive then buying brand new jewelry online! Over priced and unprofessional staff.
