So because of my mother I've been visiting this shop for the last 10 years. Whenever anyone comes to visit from out of town, this is the one place my mom shows them Boston Pizza. The sauce is amazing. The crust is worth eating after the pizza is done, and they baked the pepperoni under the cheese, which is a special thing you'll not know about until you eat it. Even after 10 years of coming here, today was my first time interacting with the staff. Super freaking cool, so down to earth. It was none of my business when I approached the register but someone was calling her phone and I felt like I should just say cuz it's a mom thing and totally it was her kids and she was such a mom she did her mom thing and still took care of me expeditiously that is what you call bad gluteus maximus. In town for the week and decided to order a pizza to go along with the hockey game tonight. Everyone inside was very friendly. Couple people picked up or placed an order as we waited. They were taking lots of phone orders too. They told us about 15 minute wait and it was. We waited inside. Barstools were very wobbly and not comfortable. Lots of drink products and a chocolate fountain box sitting around entrance. Cute cupcakes inside you can order to go along with your pizza. We got back to our RV and started eating. The flavor was really good. Good amounts of toppings. One of my favorite parts of the pizza is the crust. This crust was hard and inedible. Something about this pizza made us both sick. I contacted Laura at Bedford Cupcakes to help me come up with a concept for a birthday/surprise engagement cake. I had no idea what I wanted but she sent me many options and ideas and suggested a cupcake pull apart cake that's shaped like a ring!!! It's perfect and she put so much time and effort into it, I literally can't wait to help throw off the surprise tonight with these cupcakes! They were ready exactly when she said they'd be, I'm so impressed with the creativity and professionalism of the whole team! We ordered online to Express Pizza to be delivered, and received a text confirmation that our pizza would arrive at a certain time. 10 mins after the order should have arrived, we called. Apparently the app they use did not alert them when our order was placed, or when the order was to be delivered. The woman we spoke to said it is better to order by phone from them, instead via the Slice App. Well why do they still use a faulty app? She then gave us excuses that it was the app's fault. We explained we had hungry toddlers we needed to feed, and really just needed our food. She then hung up on us. We called back and said we would send someone to pick up the order. In the store, the woman's demeanor changed and they gave us a discount on their order. (This changed them from 1 to 3 stars.) They need to find a new app immediately if this is what happens with the orders. They also need to communicate immediately to THEIR customer and let them know their order would be delayed. They should also NEVER hang up on a customer. Good customer service is all about being able to rectify a bad situation. read more

I ordered a pizza about a week ago from this establishment. A small pizza and some fried ravioli. That was the worse crap I had ever had coming from any pizza parlor ever. The ravioli was rock hard and so was the pizza. I have never tipped 10 bucks for garbage, but, there is a first time for everything. I have ordered this salad many times and this was not up to the usual quality standards. Worst experience ever at a pizza shop. Ordered my pizza online and the estimated time was 5:20-5-30 I arrived after 5:30. They told me one second they're getting my side of marinara. Minutes later is was going to be another 3-4 minutes. 20 minutes later my pizza still wasn't ready. I asked if it was going to be anytime soon I need to get back to work and they actually asked, what's your name? Really?? My big issue is they didn't seem to care at all no sorry for the wait or inconvenience or perhaps would you like a drink or something while you wait. The most ignorant pieces of crap I have ever met. Not once have I gone here and had my order been ready..... I've called my order in showed up when I was told and still waited another 20 minutes.... I've used their app showed up when I was told to and waited another 30 minutes.... and one time I placed my order through the app and knowing they had never been on time before I showed up 20 minutes after the time the app told me to arrive only to find out they hadn't even started my order yet and had to wait 45 minutes for them to make my food the only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because their curly fries are really really good.... the pizza is ok as well nothing special just average for a small town pizza shop..... I'm a fan of this place. It's really small and adorable, despite the hard to identify/read sign. Went in on a whim and the cupcake display was so adorable I stood there for a few minutes with my buddy ogling it! The lady at the register was super nice and the cupcakes are so cute! The kitchen is small and open, totally within sight of the display case and register. Brought a bunch to my co-workers and they LOVED IT!!! And these are some picky people (they weren't fans of Sweet cupcakes, to give you an idea). The frosting was creamy and delicious, while the cake was moist. Not to mention the frosting to cake ratios were perfect. The only thing that gives me sads is the lack of vegan options. Very under rated pizza place in Bedford. It doesn't look very impressive from the outside, but the food is tasty. They deliver to your house fairly quickly, and you can customise your pizza. They had many toppings available, including marischino cherries, and the price was very affordable. I ordered the spinach and feta pizza, which was cheesy but good. I usually never review things but this place is so good and run by such nice people I felt like I had too. Food is amazing, pizza is next level good. I frequently order from them and I've never been disappointed at any other type of food I've ordered there. The buffalo chicken wrap is game changer and they have some great appetizers. Saw some other reviews complaining about the delivery time but my guess is it was on Friday and Saturday and it just should be understood that with a small business that it is going to be hectic on weekend nights, I've never felt like it was an unreasonable wait time.
