Plaza Parking Glad to have gluten-free options available although I wish there was more to them. This cafe was bustling, you order at the cash register and they bring you your dish. There are many options to choose from desserts to sandwiches. The portions were smaller and the sandwich was more on the dry side. I had to add some hot sauce on it to add more flavor and some sauce. The workers are really nice, I asked for a side of pickles and they gave me there house made pickles. Note they aren't really sour at all and are more of a soft pickle.

Stopped in for a bakery order and a latte to get some work done. Had the bananas foster latte with oat milk - had actual bananas in it and was AMAZING!

We loved this place! It's right on 3rd Ave marketplace there's outdoor seating and plenty of seating inside. Coffees was great and tasty! and the avocado toast both we had were delicious. Ordering can be a bit tricky since you have to grab a menu from the counter but the workers are helpful and friendly!

Peppermint mocha (10/10, best I've had)

This was my first time here and overall it was great experience. They have the full trust of my friend who has celiac disease who has been here many times and can vouch for the fact that it is entirely gluten-free. Vibe: Good sized café with lots of seating, very clean, water station, self bussing. Service: Very friendly, very fast Food/Drink: I got probably the best peppermint mocha I've ever had. It was creamy and flavorful and had crushed candy cane and chocolate chips on top. 10 out of 10, would recommend. The French toast was good, the bread consistency was not as light and fluffy as gluten-full bread. But the flavor was good and I really enjoyed the apple crumble added on. I also had to bite of my friend's pancakes which were melt-in-your-mouth fluffy. I also appreciate that they automatically give real maple syrup. Value: Prices on point for quality and quantity of food. Accessibility: There's an ample parking lot behind the building. No steps at the entryway, doors are not automatic, handlebars within the bathroom, although on the smaller side, there's a changing station in the other bathroom. Overall this was a nice meal, fast service, and a very good drink I will definitely return to sample more of their menu.

This bakery is conveniently located in the same plaza as Archer Hotel and Wegmans. They have a good variety of gluten free baked goods. The bakery is very bright and open with seating inside and outside. The service was ok. Not the most friendly service but can't complain too much. The scone itself was very underwhelming. I felt like it was too dense and not very flavorful.

The quality of the gluten-free food here is exceptional. The service is quick. The ambiance is that of a quick breakfast/lunch spot where you order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. Have come here multiple times and the food never disappoints. Definitely recommend!

Amazing chocolate birthday cake. How is this gluten free? Delicious!!!! No one would know it's not made with conventional flour.

Do you love deliciousness? Do you live to eat? Do you want something amazing? Oh, if you have any food allergies, this is the safest restaurant I've found. This is a breakfast and lunch place for meals and a decadent bakery. My birthday cake is in the photo. We also got an iced chai tea latte-yum! My family includes those with celiac, so we are especially careful around gluten. Everything at Twist is gluten-free. Pretty much everything can be dairy free upon request-and they know exactly what is in everything if you need to avoid nuts, eggs, etc. Many items are vegan as well. However, if you have an allergy to good treats, sandwiches, coffees; etc., do not come here. They don't serve boring items regularly (although they probably could on request). They have dining areas inside and outside and the location is next to Wegman's in a cute outdoor mall. This is a go-to place for people with food allergies-and those of us who just love good food! Now if you want a full cake, please call ahead as they do run out of them regularly. I learned this one the hard way on my daughter's birthday. Also, there comes a point at which trying to put too many candles on a cake is a fire hazard and I'm apparently way past that age so I just had the two candles per the local fire department request. LOL!

I love that everything is gluten free & vegan (perfect for those more health-conscious) but the quality of drinks and desserts are hit or miss. The carrot cake slice was so frozen and tasted as if it'd been sitting in that display case for days. The brownie & cheesecake tasted better, but still not phenomenal. Cold brew is cold brew, nothing out of the ordinary in terms of coffee quality. Service was quick. Main downside (besides the okay desserts) was that every single table was dirty since nobody cleans them. It's a cute cafe with lots of potential but some attention to details aren't there.

So I get a large Chip's Tip sub and a few pastries for snacks. The bill was steep for what I got but I thought it would be worth it for my son to try the sub. After getting it, we split the sub and ate it in the car. Let me tell you that this was not the same steak tip I remembered. It was so bad, we tossed it in the garbage at the gas station next door. The steak was very tough and hard to chew - almost like the tips had been cooked earlier and then reheated for my order. Everything just seemed greasy. We also did not enjoy the raspberry turnover or yellow cream cannoli's we got for dessert. Maybe it was us or maybe it was the food but I will never go there again. We are not food snobs by any stretch of the imagination, and I rarely will say anything bad about a restaurant experience but we ended up going to Augusta's which is just a little bit down the road, for chicken just to erase this experience from our mouths. I know a lot of people will swear by their steak tip subs and that is great but it's just not for me anymore.

They are finally popping up near me so I was able to go in and see for myself how amazing they truly were. The bundt cakes themselves are everything I imagined they would be. Delicious, delicious, delicious. Which is why it really saddens me that they use cream cheese frosting. And only cream cheese frosting. Desserts are kind of my thing, and although donuts are my #1, cake is a close second (you can see the similarity, yeah?). Walking into the smallish store their bundt cakes are displayed in such a way that I want to buy everything they have to offer. Mini bundt cakes. Regular size bundt cakes. Bigger bundt cakes. Themed. Non-themed. Weird flavors. Regular flavors. All the flavors. And the staff is more than happy to answer every single question you may have to throw at them. For hours. It is a wonderful bakery of bundt cakes. Why can't they have more than one kind of frosting? I'm not asking for a frosting bar (although far be it from me to be the one to discourage that kind of thinking), but cream cheese frosting is a very specific flavor and not everybody likes it. Buttercream seems like a pretty easy, and the odds of someone liking it if they do not like cream cheese frosting are pretty good. When I asked about an alternative the staff was very nice about it, I just could not hide my surprise. I really want those bundt cakes, but unless something is done about that hideous frosting, I am going to have to take a pass. This makes me sad.

I like how they have small/personal sized ones but also full-on birthday cake sized ones. Both are equally yummy, especially the funfetti flavor. The decorations were pretty and the staff was helpful and reliable.

The shop has a cozy, intimate feel, and one of my favorite details was the large window into the kitchen, where you can watch the bakers preparing dough and pulling fresh pastries straight from the oven. It operates primarily as a grab-and-go bakery with only limited seating, but the steady stream of customers gives it the lively atmosphere of a neighborhood favorite. The pain au chocolat was one of the standout pastries from my visit. The laminated layers were beautifully defined, creating a crisp, flaky exterior that shattered with each bite while revealing a light, airy honeycomb interior. Inside, the dark chocolate was rich and evenly distributed, adding just the right amount of sweetness without overpowering the buttery pastry. It's an excellent example of a classic done well, with careful attention to both texture and balance. The classic croissant was equally impressive. It had a rich buttery aroma the moment I opened the bag, with a crisp, golden shell that gave way to a soft, pull-apart interior. The pastry felt light despite its richness, striking the balance that makes a truly great croissant. Every layer was distinct, and it never felt greasy or overly heavy. Since everything is baked fresh in relatively small batches, timing your visit makes a difference. Many of the most popular pastries sell out well before noon, so arriving earlier gives you the best selection. Even during the morning rush, the staff kept the line moving efficiently, making it easy to grab a box of pastries without a long wait. Nouvé Bakery is a fantastic addition to Lexington's bakery scene. The quality of the lamination, the careful execution of the classics, and the fresh-baked experience make it well worth the trip. Whether you're stopping by for a simple butter croissant or the excellent pain au chocolat, it's the kind of bakery that's easy to revisit whenever you're craving authentic French pastries made with care.
