I reached out with needing some serious dedicated power ran for a traditional sauna, several outlets on the walls, and an outlet in the ceiling for a future lighting fixture. My basement was completely unfinished and was a floor below any electrical panel and even had a concrete slab floor to go through. Despite it being a big job, the DunnMaster team did a fantastic job! I knew it's a complicated project at the beginning and worrying if it would end up with chaos, but CJ made all the concerns disappeared. CJ is an exceptional electrician, he is punctual (starts his day early which is so refreshing) professional, responsible, knowledgeable, trustworthy (Myself & wife had to leave & run a few errands & I felt extremely comfortable leaving CJ & his team in my home while they continued to work) Cj came out to install cameras & lighting on my property on his day off which happened to be on the weekend because I was having an issue with someone threatening me & who had vandalized my car. Exceptional service and quality work! A recent storm damaged our home's electrical system, which was a big problem as both my wife and I work from home. I had surgery and bending is almost impossible. I needed to move 3 outlets to waist height to put them in reach. I looked at several prices and Dunn Master was very fair. He is starting a new business, although he has lots of experience. He and his assistant were able to install 3 outlets immediately before the holidays. I thought one outlet was difficult to plug in, so I called them back, and they came the next day. There was no problem; I just was afraid to push. They were not only excellent electricians, they were very respectful. They showed me a license and insurance, wore covers on their shoes, and cleaned up plaster work, like they were never here. They fixed a stuck garbage disposal and put in a wedge to reposition my Ring doorbell; gratis. They gave me a three year warranty on the work. I would hire them again in a minute. read more

I needed a home EV charging set up and FAST. Charles was super responsive when I was looking to schedule an estimate (he came out the next morning), gave an excellent estimate, and was more than flexible with scheduling the work. Initial contact Thursday afternoon, estimate Friday morning, and work completed Tuesday (Charles and Julian were willing to do the work on Friday morning, but I was shopping other estimates before making my decision). The work was done exactly to the specifications, no mess left after work was completed, and he added in a clever receptable protector because he thought it would be good - at no additional cost. Charles and Julian worked from 2:15-8:30 pm (!) and didn't leave until they were sure that my husband and I were satisfied and my car was charging. I would highly recommend DunnMaster Electric for any electrical needs. Charles is a motivated young man working hard to build his customer base, and he's gained a new one today! I had an issue with one of my properties in port Richmond losing power in the kitchen and bathroom. We tried flipping the breakers off and on and that didn't work so needed a solution quick. I sent out a request on Yelp for electricians and Charles replied promptly. He offered emergency services to come out and troubleshoot at a reasonable rate (this was Friday night at 9pm) and mentioned if it could wait, it would be a lesser rate the next day. I decided on the next day and he offered me a generous time window. The next day he arrives half and hour early and texts me to give me a heads up and then he proceeds to work. In the end the voltage loss was due to wiring and he redid some of the wiring for a reasonable price. I was not at the property at the time but Charles gave me an option to view the invoice over email and make payment securely online. Overall I was thoroughly impressed with his response time and his ability to help me out when I was in a pickle without overcharging.
