Our rear windshield broke late around 9pm on a Thursday. I used Yelp to send out requests for quotes to multiple companies in hopes to have it repaired as soon as possible. Express Service Auto Glass was the first to respond and with a very reasonable price. As the night went on and into the following day, I received other quotes, some lower but most much high than what Express Service offered. Express Service was able to fit me in for a mobile appointment on Friday with a window of 10:30-12:30pm. They arrived at 12:30pm and were very professional. We left them in our garage as they completed the job, and even verified if we needed a parking pass that was stuck onto our previous windshield. They completely cleaned up the old windshield/glass, and our new one was spotless. They gave my husband some quick instructions; e.g. no washing for 3 days, and they were on their way. The rear windshield looks and works great. We haven't had any issues yet, and will be bringing it in for its first wash since. Express Service also has a warranty for the work, and they were super responsive over Yelp. Would absolutely recommend them to others and use them again. read more

I looked on yelp from several companies to replace my windshield. Morena was the one who replied but amongst them, i felt good having them to do the job. Jose Luis the technician is very nice from the time we met until his done with replacing my windshield. He even has recommendations how to avoid being damage the little window at the back that he said it's too expensive to replaced. As my windshield cracked, initially I went to one of the national chain glass store. They removed the cracked windshield, but didn't install the new windshield. Instead they told me that the new windshield can't be installed due to the rusty pinch weld, and they can't give me any advise, referral or even reinstall my original windshield. Luckily I found this team and gave a reasonable quote to fix the rusty area and installed the windshield for me, and complete the project in one afternoon. I scheduled a windshield replacement with this company on a Saturday for a Monday appointment. They gave me a 2-hour service window (11-1pm) and were supposed to come to my house. No one showed up. I called three different phone numbers, sent messages through their website--no response. When I finally reached someone, I mentioned that a simple phone call would've been appreciated. Her response? "We were too busy." They eventually offered to come within the next hour, but by then I had already cleared my entire morning for them and rearranged my schedule. The lack of communication and disregard for my time was incredibly frustrating. Unprofessional and unreliable. Got a chip on my windshield and needed repair. Express Service Auto Glass was responsive and reasonable in price. Provided both mobile and in-shop service. Granted, the shop was a bit "hidden", but it does have a cozy lobby where customers can wait while repair is being done. The small chip repair took about an hour to complete. Morena was communicative and easy to work with. Jose seems friendly and industrious.
