Called these guys on a weekend and they responded promptly: they could get me aftermarket glass even on a Sunday, but OEM glass would have to wait until Monday. Monday morning rolls around, and they called and gave me an OEM glass quote, then showed up a couple of hours later and did the install quickly and efficiently. They vacuumed the car afterwards to make sure there were no chips or shards left inside. Julio's customer service and attitude were great. I called them this morning and got a repair price and on-site service window immediately, for today - at just over 1/3 the price that Safelight quoted for a service window tomorrow.
