Been using this service for a couple of years and over a dozen trips to the airport. Overall they do a pretty good job getting me there in time. Since it is a shared van there have been instances where other passengers have made them a couple minutes late. Fortunately I make sure I schedule so that I have at least 2 hours before my flight. If I were to cut it any closer the few short delays would stress me out. They provide a good service and I have never missed a flight. read more

I've never feared for my life more than in this shuttle. The driver never went below 15mph over the speed limit. Going 90mph on a 65mph road down a steep curvy mountain pass is not what I would call safe. The driver on the way up to park city was great. read more

Terrible service! I was standing at the desk prior to the top of the hour. The desk agent was on her cell phone. When she finally looked up, she checked me in and told me to wait at the end of the counter that the driver would be right there. After a 45 minute wait, I asked how much longer I needed to wait. She said she didn't know. She was waiting for dispatch to find a driver. When I went back to the desk after calling a family member to come and get me. She said I was late checking in and had to wait until the next shuttle. I was not late. Now they are refusing to refund my money for a trip I did not take. I could hear the desk agent on the phone discussing a driver shortage. I should not have to pay for their poor staffing scenario. read more

We recently took Express Shuttle to the Airport. They were both to and from the Airport the scariest rides we have ever had with this Shuttle service! Both drivers were exhausted from such long hours 15-18 a day. That is far to long for someone to drive back and forth to the Airport. Neither driver signaled, stay in their own lanes, they both seemed drowsy and unable to properly drive their vans. Neither were driving safely on the freeway going 80 miles an hour and in control. Everyone was holding their breath and we have never been so glad to get out of a shuttle alive. Express Shuttle needs to not expect their drivers to drive over 12 hours. For everyone's safety. Don't use Express Shuttle their safety practices are horrible!! read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I had a flight to catch at 730am and requested my shuttle for 530. Guess what time they rolled up. 610. This is after they called and discovered they were at the wrong apartment complex. What is the point of making a reservation?? I normally wouldn't have been so panicked but this is the wknd before Xmas when airports are extra cray. This was my second time using Express Shuttle service. The first time i took it from the airport to my house and it was great. This second time however I has them pick me up from my house to take me to the airport. They were supposed to pick me up at 5:15. They were not there and has not called me so I called a couple times-each time they transferred me to the dispatcher who did not pick up. The fourth time I had to wait on hold for 10 minutes to have them tell me they had mistakenly picked up someone else who was not me and the driver had left. Idk how that happens. So then I waited on hold for 20 more minutes and they told me they were going to call a cab for me free of charge to take me to the airport. I was supposed to leave at 5:15 and the cab did not get there until 6:15. I barely made my flight and it was very stressful. Would not recommend if you like being on time. read more

Their prices were fair but their service deceptive. We asked if there would be many stops, the dispatcher lied and said "probably not" but we then get called with the 3 others waiting and the trip went from 30 min to an hour. Then we enter the van to discover a passenger with a Loose dog that smelled. The driver was courteous and professional but never again. read more

I was skeptical about this place because the reviews were not that great but I'm guessing the only people to take time to write one were the ones who had bad experiences. They arrived on time to pick me up (at my house which was awesome!), picked me up at the airport to go home on time, they were super easy to find at the airport, and the driver was very courteous. I have used Express Shuttle multiple times roundtrip from SLC airport to Park City/The Canyons Ski Resort and have always been pleased with their service. We usually arrive each season to ski for 5 days. They have a brand new 15 passenger van and sometimes will use Ford Expedition SUV's when not as busy. Pickup times for airport departures have been prompt. Drivers are friendly and professional. Its easy to locate their counter at SLC airport which is next to baggage claim carousels. read more

Buyer beware. They send TWO separate emails to confirm the shuttle reservation. The email that requires you to click on a link to confirm the reservation does not indicate that there is a 30-minute window for the scheduled pick-up time. The driver was pulled over by the police for speeding. The driver did not speak English fluently. The driver stopped to use the bathroom in spite of the fact that he was late. while i think there is more to say about restaurants, and for shuttle companies it's really about - did they show up, did they get you there on time, did they drive safe, were they right priced. so - my first time to sundance we used express shuttle from the airport to park city, and then, back to the airport a few days later. it was cheaper than other services. the cars/vans were clean. the drivers courteous, safe. although the guy driving back to the airport was driving a bit fast, most people wouldn't object, especially as it was early morning and there was no traffic. we got to the airport and our hotel in a very timely manner. so - i'm a fan! will use when i come back to sundance. read more

If you're like me and have ZERO chill when it comes to punctuality, I'd advise using another service. I was scheduled for an 8:30 pick-up from my hotel, with instructions to be in the lobby 10 minutes early. Two phone calls to dispatch later, I was finally picked up at 9:00. I had plenty of time to make my flight, but it would have been nice if they had called me to let me know I hadn't been forgotten. The driver made up those 30 minutes on the trip, though; he averaged 90, but did slow down to 80 in the construction zones. I looked up once and we were headed straight for a concrete barrier before he jerked back in his lane. I've never been so glad to get out of a vehicle in my life. Bottom line, the price was good and they got me there on time, but I'd still never use them again. Nobody needs that kind of stress in their life. read more

I have personally used Express Shuttle to and from Ogden for the 17 years I have lived here, and I have also booked my sister for similar trips when she comes and visits. I have always been very pleased with their service. They have always been on time in picking me up, drove well, employed courteous and friendly drivers, etc. I'm surprised that there are a bunch of negative comments because in all the times I have used them, there isn't a single complaint I could have made. I often find that you get back what you put out there and maybe this is the case. If those people got the service I've always, without exception, gotten, there shouldn't have been a reason for complaining. Express Shuttle is my go-to service. read more

Quite a bit like super shuttle, except in minivans. They are owner-operated, if that matters. The airport clerks were pretty rude. The drivers were nice, although there were a few strange conversations, but I'm not from around here, so maybe it's just me. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE! WORST EXPERIENCE! One of their agents has problems with foreigners/accents!!!! I just spoke to Lenny or whatever her name is- she dropped the phone as soon as she heard my accent!!! When I called back, she was very rude and disrespectful, talking to me in a bad tone, interrupting me and all, and then....attention....she said: 'you don't need to be rude'. What?!!!!! Why would I be rude????? you were the first not happy with my accent!!!! Then she said: "I will transfer you to another agent, cuz you are so rude", I said:" sure", and then she blocked me, so I wasn't able to call the company back at all. Let me just say that the driver was nice, but unless you have tons of time to spare, this is painful. They cram as many people in as possible, which I would expect, but when it takes me close to two hours to get to North Ogden, I think the train and walking would be faster. Never ever ever again. I will take Uber and pay a little extra to go straight home. This would be good if you are a group going to a resort, but seriously. My time is way more valuable and when the cost to take an Uber isn't that much different, I will forever skip the shuttle. read more

Service was absolutely terrible! When I arrived at SLC for our ride back up to Layton they said to expect a 45 min wait because the Layton/ Ogden shuttles only depart on the bottom of the hour. The reservation specifically said expect up to 30 min wait. I was told tough luck when I showed them the reservation. Girl working the airport desk simply repeats what the dispatcher said and showed no willingness to help. People on the phone were rude and the First Lady actually hung up on me. If there's a schedule then post it on your website. You just lost a repeat customer. read more

I used Express Shuttle for the first time on my trip to see family in Orem/Provo area. The service was excellent. I waited about five minutes at the airport counter for the drive out. My driver was courteous and drove safely. I had a 5:30am pickup to go back to the airport at the end of the visit. The second driver was prompt, helpful, and efficiently picked up other riders. The dispatchers schedule your pickup around what is convenient for them, not what your requested time. When they ask when your flight is, be sure to give them an earlier time or you might miss your flight. Our driver arrived about 20min after the requested time. That aside, the driver was really nice and much better than the average taxi or shuttle driver. read more

This is the worst shuttle service! Twice we have used it and they screwed up both times. We ordered a wheel chair accessible van and both times the conveniently left it at the shop. The last time our flight got in after midnight (scheduled time) and they told us we could wait until after 1:00 for the correct van to show. The first time, when I asked about the wheelchair, the driver said he had room in the back for it. One time is a mistake, twice is a business practice. I am guessing they don't have a functioning accessible vehicle but that would be against the law! If you are in a wheelchair or if you have ever seen a person in a wheelchair, avoid this company. How very sad. I have used Express Shuttle for almost 19 years and have always had good things to say about my service. Until about 18 ,courteous friendly and ave carried my luggage from door to door as well as carrying others' luggage. One driver on his own went out of this way to get me a cart when I was overloaded. I guess when the business was sold, a new policy began that required a.m. or p.m. when booking. As a result my daughter was left without shuttle service for a business flight and was left to scramble. Then her scheduled pickup on July 20, 2018 was a disaster. The driver was late, said not a word, and quickly walked the the van without carrying even one piece of luggage. Then, apparently to avoid being late to the airport, drove in an unsafe manner causing my daughter to bump her head more than one time on the head rest making her already headache worse. My daughter and I both spoke with company representatives. The representative with whom I spoke was very polite and took notes to give to her supervisor. I thank her. She confirmed the driver was late according to company policy. The representative to whom my daughter spoke said the driver was not late. She told my daughter the episode was her fault because she was not waiting at the curb. Really? Yester the temperature was 101 degrees. She was expected to wait at the curb for up to 45 minutes? I also wrote a letter to the company. It was returned unopened this afternoon. So much for service. So disappointed. I will not be comfortable using Express Shuttle again. It seems I am not alone. I used this service from the airport to a hotel in Layton Ut. The driver didn't know where he was going, He just got on the highway and started to drive, about 25 later, he asked what the address was, I gave it to him ( I think it was also on the paper the office gave with my name and where I was going) he handed me his gps to program it !?! If one of the other passengers didn't know where the hotel was, we would still be driving around on the Utah highways. What really scared me was when driving on the highway, the driver kept drifting into other lanes. This became so bad that other passengers commented on the behavior. I have used this company for three years now. Every month to and from the airport in Salt Lake. Twice now last month and this month when I call to book my shuttle they do not have a van. What? And furthermore did not care that I am such a long time customer and had no desire to try and make something happen for such a long term customer. Horrible service read more
