I entered the store, which required masks but noticed the cashier's mask didn't cover his nose, which rendered it useless. I requested that they either turn on the pump or refund my $1.50. The manager, who was listening in, said: "Oh, we don't own the machine, we just take the money from it." I replied: "Yeah, you took my money from it but I didn't get any air." She said: "There's nothing we can do." I pointed out that they could improve their customer service by offering a solution, to which she just rolled her eyes. I cannot recommend this gas station.
