Based on apple's policy for anywhere that fixes a phone it needs to be up to their standards. This means they cannot close a phone without fixing everything within it until it is at a tradable condition. Within my phone the heat sensors were broken and once the new glass was on the phone was stuck in a loop of turning off and on, directly caused by the repair. They did not follow apple's standards policy and because of that now no where can fix the phone and they refuse to own up to their mistakes. Once confronted with this the people were very rude and refused to do anything about. Which both T-Mobile and Apple individually said they are at fault and need to fix it or give a replacement device. Which they refuse to do. They refuse to follow the products company's policy hurting customers, and putting them in a limbo where no where can fix the product.

During this interaction, the manager became verbally aggressive, raised his voice, and threw a laptop case in the direction of my wife and me. As a result of this hostile and unsafe behavior, we were forced to leave the premises. No resolution or refund was offered. Additionally, we received our laptop back in a damaged condition, and the original issues were not repaired, indicating that the device was returned broken and unresolved despite payment for services. We wasted over 555.00 dollars, and we got the worst costumer service we have ever experience! Lizzy is a horrible manager for his nonprofessional or accountability and threat he made to my wife. For a mistake that his employe made and Lizzy projected on my wife like it was her fault. Due to the lack of professionalism, failure to honor representations made by staff, unsafe conduct by management, and discriminatory treatment we experienced, we have initiated legal action and are seeking assistance through the Colorado Attorney General's Office.
