During this interaction, the manager became verbally aggressive, raised his voice, and threw a laptop case in the direction of my wife and me. As a result of this hostile and unsafe behavior, we were forced to leave the premises. No resolution or refund was offered. Additionally, we received our laptop back in a damaged condition, and the original issues were not repaired, indicating that the device was returned broken and unresolved despite payment for services. We wasted over 555.00 dollars, and we got the worst costumer service we have ever experience! Lizzy is a horrible manager for his nonprofessional or accountability and threat he made to my wife. For a mistake that his employe made and Lizzy projected on my wife like it was her fault.
