I've used them twice Appointment #1: set for 11. The tech arrived at 12:30. Desmon did an amazing job on our two cars. They looked fantastic. He walked me through all the improvements and areas to highlight the detail. There were some spots in the paint (on my black car) he couldn't address: tiny paint nicks in the hood, light scuffs, swirls, etc - and that they required a higher level of detail work (the Tri Coat Sealant service - their top offering). So I made appointment #2 without hesitation. Appointment #2: unfortunately I wasn't on hand to look at the car or speak with the tech after the work was completed (by Deitrick). Desmon did check in with me to see if I was happy with the results. Some parts of the paint looked amazing, but it actually made the imperfections stand out more. I texted Desmon back regarding the leftover marks. Never heard back. well that sucks. read more

These guys are simply amazing. For those who are wondering about punctuality, in my case, they were early to both our appointments and stayed in contact throughout the time between! I am super skeptical about those who touch my Lexus as it is limited edition and the paint and red interior are both unable to be replicated. I've had quite a few details since the purchase of this vehicle and take care of it meticulously. I am honestly happy to say that I will be calling them for this vehicle again and even for my other three vehicles. The first time they came one of their machines was unavailable but they still did a fantastic job, and they even promised to return with the other machine and buff out even more scratches. I was so happy to hear it that I tipped them $75 and I would do it again! They spent 6 hours here the first day and 3 hours here the second. What a fantastic duo that truly care about the customers satisfaction. Not only did they buff out more scratches but they practically did the detail all over again. They washed the car again, buffed, polished, and waxed. Then they went into the interior and did another vacuum and made sure everything looked fantastic. Had them wash Ferrari, gtr and Audi R8. Destroyed the titanium finish exhaust tips on the Ferrari and GTR. Left a terrible residue that won't come off. The detail guy didn't really care or feel bad about it either. We pointed it out and he scrubbed and wouldn't come off so he said "I don't know what's on there..." Uhh it's your chemical solution you used on a titanium exhaust that probably is not compatible with titanium! He also rusted the Ferrari center lugs. I don't know what kind of harsh chemicals they use but if you have a high end car, be wary of using them. Cost us $4000 to replace what they damaged. We just asked for a simple wash to get the dust off before a show. The car wasn't even that dirty since it was trailered via enclosed transport. read more

Bottom line here: We got the 50%-off Yelp deal, and got so much more than our money's worth at that price. I hired Exquisite to detail my 2006 Subaru, which I'd bought from a used car lot the week before, and which needed some TLC inside and out after sitting there for a few months. We'd arranged with my office building for Desmon to work in the parking garage, but there was a miscommunication and the building manager wouldn't allow it. He challenged Desmon to produce an insurance certificate, and Desmon had all the paperwork with him in the van. He was unfazed and very professional. We ended up taking the car outside in the end. That wasted some time and I needed the car by back by a set time, so Desmon called in a technician to help him at no extra charge. Part of the full "Exquisite" package is an additional service for 50% off. We opted to have him remove some pinstripe tape. After Desmon and his tech were done the car was absolutely gleaming. It looked so great one of the valets in my office building asked for their name, because he said the car looked new. (It's 8 years old, nobody but a body shop could really make it look new -- but they got pretty darn close.) You couldn't tell there had ever been pinstripes on the car. The wax job they did was extraordinary, and they were very meticulous about making sure there was no white residue in crevices and seams. They also got some nasty smells out of the car. Even my very fussy wife is very happy with the job they did. Desmon says they have a subscription service for more basic car washes. After this service, I'm going to look into it. read more

What does it take to get a five-star review from me when I'm working with a service provider of any kind? Three things. The communication has to be great. The work and effort has to be excellent. And the price needs to be good for the value received. Desmon at Exquisite Mobile Detailing took on the mini-beast, also known as the 1999 Saturn SL2 today, and he emerged the winner. My car now looks better than it has in five years, inside and out. The communication prior to his coming -- he has a mobile truck and will come to you -- was outstanding. Texts back and forth, directions and addy confirmed two days before, a text the day before, a text to say he was on the road and where....and he actually arrived a few minutes early. I can't report the last time that has happened with a service provider. The work was assiduous, meticulous, and even craftsman-like. Every time I looked out the window, he was doing his his thing. Washing, scrubbing, vaccuuming, Q-tipping, waxing...and a few things I couldn't name but which made the mini-beast shine happily in the midday sun. His attitude was always positive, he was unfailingly courteous, and he never slacked off. The inside of my car looks great, smells great, and gleams. The outside is buffed to perfection. If all Saturns looked like this, the company would never have gone out of business. The price? Fair at the regular price. At the Yelp deal while it's being offered? An outright steal. I had an awesome experience with EMD. Desmon met me near my work, which was nice because I have zero downtime to get my car cleaned up. Perhaps I trust people a bit too much, but I left my car with him for an hour on a residential street while I walked back to work. Of course I was relieved when I returned and my car was still there, but also cleaned out. The booking process was efficient, via text. Why can't more businesses do that? I should have written this review earlier, but better late than never! I wanted to sell my car, and it desperately needed a detail. My husband used and abused the inside of this vehicle, plus the kids left kid crumbs in all nooks and crannies, and frankly it was damn nasty inside. I needed to sell it quick, and after reading reviews on Yelp I figured Desmond was the guy to call. So I called but his voicemail was full so I shot him a text. He gave me a call back the next morning. He gave me the Yelp pricing without having to buy it from Yelp. But the problem was he was so booked that he only had availability three weeks out! I explained that I wanted to sell my car quickly so I thanked him for his time. He told me that he'd figure out how to squeeze me in. He was able to book me for the following weekend (Memorial day weekend). I felt so bad! He sacrificed his weekend! Well he not only did a spectacular job on my car, but he was doing such a great job that about 5 other cars in the neighborhood asked him for a wash! My car was gleaming, the inside was immaculate, and he took off years of gunk and water spots, and even egg yolk stains from the exterior! The job was SO GOOD that I sold my car within 24 hours. I called Exquisite Mobile Detailing cause I left my 740i on the streets and it got bird shitted on big time! I don't know what these pigeons ate but my whole front window and the hood was covered with what looked like thick white paint. I booked online for same day service. Desmon came thru on time and got the job done!! The car looked brand new. Rims and tires spotless. No streaks on the car. I got the interior done as well. I usually get car washes every 2 weeks cause of my Boxer. She drools all over the back seat and when I take her to the dog park, she pretty much brings the whole park with her. Not to mention she sheds a lot. Car washes usually don't get all the dirt out of my car...I always see some dirt or some fur in the back seat. Not Desmon. I don't remember the time I thought it was safe to sit in the back seat with black pants on. He definitely loves what he does cause if you don't, the finished product will not come out like it did. Let me just say that Desmond is awesome. He was super professional and did an amazing job on the car. We set up the appointment about a month in advance since he has been booked (he's that good). On the day of the appt, he called about 30 min beforehand and let us know he was on the way. He ran into some traffic so kept us apprised of where he was and when he expected to arrive. He arrived and he got to work right away. He had brought his nephew as a helper and both of them worked for about 4 hours on the car. When I came out it was immaculate inside and out. They really did a fabulous and thorough job. No detail was left untouched. The next day, he called and let me know that jumper cables that he had pulled out of the car when cleaning were accidentally left in his van. I didn't even realize it. So he actually drove back and dropped them off and was very apologetic. Can't say enough about Desmond.... I already referred him to my sister in law who has made an appointment with him already. Just got my SUV detailed inside/out AND engine cleaned. IT IS NOW IMMACULATE!!!!...Considering I have two active boys (3yo and 6yo) that has pretty much made my car their own....we're talking about juice,chocolate, and milk stains on floors, seats, AND CEILING!? Very Professional, on time and very informative about their work. kept me in loop and told me that hewill be late by few minutes. I can't complain at all. Over all .. Good job done and i will defiantly have them over again. All hard stains from body gone but They were not able to get the stains off my windshield ( which looks clean by naked eye but gets foggy and bad when light hits on it). he said he will get back to me after doing some research. Deitrick and his partner were on time, honest, and got right down to business when they arrived. The scheduling was a little tricky, but that was my fault. They rescheduled me within a day, and next thing I know, my car is looking brand new. I got so many compliments on it today. They had a special going on Yelp, so, I took advantage of it. I've always wanted to clean under the hood, but didn't really know where to begin. They made my engine and everything else under there look as if I was ready to race someone from THE FAST AND FURIOUS They did such a good job, even one of the maintenance guys in my apartment ended up getting his Civic washed LOL. Finally texted and Desmond called me back saying that they tried to text me 3 times. NOT TO MY PHONE! He said his brother was still around and he'd call me right back. No call. sent 5 messages asking for a status. an hour later, still Nothing! By the way, his cell phone wouldn't take messages because it was all full. VERY PROFESSIONAL! Love wasting my time! Sometimes the things they say are pretty weird like "oh there was a lot of dog hair, im going to have to speak on that"... what? I literally told them not to clean excess dog hair. Desmon was prompt, professional, communicative and as great as everyone said he would be. He made my car-- which had not been washed in maybe 10 months and often has twin 3 year old in the back on long road trips-- look amazing. Because it got dark, he came back the next day to finish. The next morning, I had to wipe some condensation off my windshield which made streaks and he came back a third time and cleaned them up and gave me a rain x to boot. I loved his work so much I'm considering having him come to my office every two months to do a mini detail. This says a lot considering I'd never had a detail done ever on any car I've owned and I've been driving for 25 years. He's that great and I loved the work that much and, boy, was it a time-saver. Exquisite is the best: Desmond is AWESOME! My back story: I've wanted to sell my daughter's Prius for months but (although it's in great mechanical condition, has new tires and low miles) the interior was so gross that I couldn't face even asking a professional to tackle it. After procrastinating as long as I could, the time came when I had to confront the inevitable, which meant getting the car spruced up and put it on the market. When I searched Yelp! to see which detailing services were most highly rated, Exquisite Mobile Detailing had only five stars, as well as comments that consistently praised the owner, Desmond, for his professionalism and described his work as nothing less than outstanding. When I called to make an appointment, Desmond's mailbox was full (one review mentioned this), so I texted him over the weekend. I got a call back on Monday and booked an appointment for Wednesday morning. When Desmond got to my home, he couldn't have been more polite, organized or enthusiastic: even the condition of the car's interior didn't seem to put him off. When I asked how long he thought the job would take, he said, "A little over three hours, because the car is . . . " (he didn't have to finish his sentence). Well, SIX HOURS later(!) - just as I was about to ask him to stop (partly due to the fact that I was unable to pay him more than 10% above of his original quote and partly because I started to feel like I was taking advantage of his work ethic) - he was finished. Well, Dear Reader, the car was SPARKLING: the leather seats (which were my greatest concern because they were SO discolored) looked like new; the clear plastic that covers the tail lights was as clear as when I first drove the car home, and all the "ick" that had been crushed into the carpeting and ground into all the crevices - all gone! I could go on . . . So, here is my advice: if you need your car detailed and want it soon (even if you aren't planning to sell it, but just want it to feel like it did when you first got in the driver's seat) call Desmond at Exquisite Mobile - now! - because he's really busy! read more

Hello my fellow yelpers..... I usually never write reviews, but this was necessary. I have a 1988 Mercedes benz that my grandparents passed down to me. This car has been through hell and back. I mean my interior was disgusting. I had marker, crayon, juice, wax, I mean anything you can think of.
