I left a bad review years ago. I decided to go to a different shop because I just couldn't afford the work. They made me believe that Vic did incomplete work on my girlfriends car and that he was over charging and not doing a good job. So I came here immediately, not having thought about it or giving time to see if the other guys shop was really better. Worst decision I ever made. Vic was nothing but nice, honest, and extremely helpful to me every time I went to him. Got some work done to my car here. Staff is helpful and emphasizes the point that they want all their customers to be returning customers. Even when i had a few issues with a defective part they did their best to resolve the issue right away. The lot for parking is small but they help you get around that pretty easily. I realized I need to leave a good review for this place after more or less being taken at another shop recently. Every time Ive taken my car to Vic (good 10+ years), whether it be for mods to my street car or fixing stock parts on my truck that tows my trailer, he comes through quickly and does a great job. He makes sure you only pay for what's needed/broken unlike many others that convince you that you need to buy new wheels and tires to warranty the oil change they did. There is no BS. I've been going to Vic for all of my tire/wheel related needs since I started driving in 2003. For my first car (good old Honda Accord) he put some really nice black rims on the car, it was handed down to me from my brother and needed an up do. That did the trick! I remember getting so many compliments! Ever since then I've had 2 BMW's and currently a Lexus which I have needed new tires for all of them, and Vic does an excellent job getting me a good deal and installing my new tires! He also helps me with little things like filling up my tires with air or checking other electric problems and is always so nice about it. only reason why I am giving this guy two stars is because I honestly feel bad for the guy. I have tried to give him my business three times now and everytime was a bad experience. 3 strikes your out! Every time I have been there this guy comes out of the garage like he was just sleeping in there. I tried to take a cf trunk to him a couple years ago he couldnt do it. I ended up trading the car in for a gti and brought coilovers to him to install, thinking it was going to be easy thing. He said i didnt have all the parts for the coilovers and I started laughing cause i thought he was joking.....nope. i took my car to a reputable shop in van nuys and they had no problem installing my coilovers which never gave me a problem while I had them on my gti. Recently I purchased an frs and also purchased some brand new rce coilovers and called him up one last time to see if he could do it, just because he is located very close to my house. I called in the morning, to see what his prices where for the install. He wanted 200 (without aligment) for the install which is about average in this area but told him i would give him a call back later to make an appointment, because i still wanted to shop around to get the best price. I work all day and was busy so I called right when I got off work and Whoever answered the phone must have had a real bad day or is just a pure douche . He answers the phone and i tell him I called earlier about a coilover install and was wondering if i could make an appointment. He says "when do you wanna come in?" I asked "if you have time tomorrow that would be great or saturday." He snaps back at me, "BBROOO you told me your would call back in 30 minutes. BRING YOUR CAR SAT IF YOU WANT IT DONE AND DROP IT OFF IN THE MORNING AND ILL CALL YOU LATER ON IN THE DAY WHEN ITS READY!" At this point im a little confused on whats going on so i asked him, "OK thats fine, about how long does the install take you?" again snaps back "IDK BROOO JUST BRING IT IN SATURDAY." I just calmly told him never mind and hung up. I dont like people telling me what Im going to do with my money and my vehicle. DO NOT even bother with this guy unless you want to be treated like dirt. There are MANY MANY shops out in the valley that have cheaper prices than what he offers with more quality work that really know what there doing, AND know what customer service really means. Horrible shop, would not recommend to my enemies and wouldnt be surprised if this business goes bankrupt. read more
