They were so responsive and got a quote and scheduled time for repair within a couple hours. They fixed my window and all went smoothly without really any involvement from me. They were super apologetic that their generator for their vacuum to clean up the glass in my car was not functioning and gave me a generous discount so I could take my car elsewhere to get cleaned up. Giving 4 for the vac situation bc I would have preferred to pay full price, I'm still working to get glass out of my car, but would recommend them for anyone in need!

Received multiple quote responses. Some were going 3 times the dollar amount of the windshield stating I needed this and that and as an extra precaution I should do this. One company stood out from the rest which was Auto Glass and Car door repair. The representative that I was collaborating with got straight to the point. It will cost this much amount, and you don't need this or that. Also stated that he will come to my residence and perform the replacement than me dropping off the vehicle. This was very convenient! I respected his honesty. Scheduled appointment of 9am. The representatives called me and stated he will be a few minutes late. Once arrived, they went straight to work. Other shops had way too many photos of random residential homes and a chaotic mess of stored cars. I arrived at GTO on a Wednesday around lunchtime. I only needed one rear window replaced, which took a quick 20 minutes. The repairman also cleaned the broken glass from my rear seat, which was so kind. New window looked great. I paid for the repair using Zelle to avoid the credit card surcharge. Price was pretty average. There is also a tinting business next door, but I didn't have time to use them.
