They must have recently got in trouble for not selling because the last time I was in there the manager was there training new employees. A guy came in for a water test and before it was even finished the manager started bringing product up to the counter. Pushing what ever corporate was wanting to sell. My total for all the chemicals that the "test" said i needed would have been close to $200.00. They lost that sale and any future sales over the cost of 2 pieces of paper and some ink. Never going back again. I refuse to support the corporate trend of screwing over customers to save a few pennies.

We called the office and receptionist said she was going to tell the owner. We never got a call back and we called two more times after that. They have no respect for other peoples property or the damages they caused. We also complained about water that is seeping through the brick wall, in which they responded to the neighbor that it won't cause damage because they added plastic. I don't know if the know how water works and the erosion water causes. I guess we'll see what happens.

Day 2, I called in the morning and they said no one was in service to come out. I called a second time saying it's urgent because we have 2 elders living in the house and they need the toilet. Still nothing. We are currently on day 3 of not being able to use our own toilet (4 people in the house) and they have failed to contact us. They also sound like they don't care there's a couple of 70 year olds in the house with no toilet. I'm looking elsewhere. Someone who actually cares.
