Horrifying! I cannot believe what this lady did to my hair. I wish we can give negative stars because this is ridiculous! Came in for a root touch up and cut and she convinced me to do the color throughout my whole hair to even out the color. Low and behold, my roots that I originally came in for a touch up on are about 8 shades lighter than the rest of my hair. I specifically said DARK BROWN like my natural color and she said "your natural color is almost black" to which I said I did not want black but a dark brown. So my roots are light brown while the rest of my hair is dark brown. Then came the haircut. I asked for layers because I have long hair and good god, just typing this brings me back to the FREAKING ANGERRRR I felt leaving that place. She did not give me later. She just chopped away. I have different lengths in my hair. They look like stairs. No flow to it just chopped into different lengths. Literally like a staircase. I still cannot believe it. And to make matters worse..she acted like everything was great! Started to blow dry my hair in attempt to dry and style it. I stopped her. I asked her to just stop and look at my hair. Then she tried to blame me and say I didn't tell her I had black die in my hair and that why it didn't lift the color. I have NEVER died my hair black. I asked her if she honestly thought my hair looked good. That's when she started to blame me. I told her I would NOT be paying for the color she ruined my hair with and she proceeded to charge me $65 for my hair cut. SIXTY-FIVE DOLLARS for a cut that looks like my 4 year old does to her Barbie. I want my money back. I will be calling the owner because this was highway robbery and unacceptable. I was referred to the salon by an acquaintance and I am so glad I found a great spot that's closer to my home. I went in for a haircut and gave Mara a brief description of what I wanted, she was very thorough in her questions and made sure we agreed on what I was asking for. The shampoo, cut and style was incredibly affordable. The salon is bright and very clean, with all the COVID-19 precautions in place to keep everybody safe. There were only two stylist in the salon and both cleaned all surfaces they had touched as soon as they were done. Everyone kept their masks on the entire time, but that did not stop the great conversation from flowing. Went in to get a my hair cut and styled, had some older lady with red hair named Corrina and she told me she could only cut my hair not style it which was I agreed to, my hair was already washed but she washed it again...rough, which created lots of dandruff on my hair, when combing it she was very rough which made my dandruff worse, I got a small bump on my scalp as well because of how rough she was combing it, I could tell she wanted me in and out of there with how fast she was rushing me to move chairs. Not sure what she was mad but she was unprofessional and needs proper customer service training....not wasting my money there again. I got my hair done by Corrina a few weeks ago. It was my first time coming here and I had found them through Instagram. I went here to get a light blonde balayage, I explained to her my color history how I had it platinum before but went went through the process of dying it brown and used a brown color mask to maintain it. She said it wouldn't be possible to get it as light the first time and it would take a few sessions but that she would tone it to a pretty dark blonde color. My color ended up lifting to a pinkish red color...She said I only had two choices, to keep it this way and let it fade or dye it brown again. I chose a to let it fade. It didn't look as bad when it was wet but once she was drying it, it looked so aweful...I feel like she did the bare minimum and didn't care or want to struggle with my hair. I was so upset over the red bangs/ parts and I even told her and she laughed and just pinned them back and said I can hide them. Then said to wait 6 months till I do it again bc it's so damaged but if I can't live with it, then to go buy brown hair dye and bring it to her so she can dye my hair back to brown. Like why should I have to do that? I was charged 325 in total. I complained to her literally 2 hours after I had left the salon in tears... Saying I want it fixed not dyed brown like she suggested but if she can't then to give me a full refund and if they can't fix it or refund me I will go to her manager. She basically implied that I never explained my hair history (even though I did) then she said that she has no manager and doesn't do refunds. I wore at hat for 3 days bc I was so embarrassed of my hair.She reluctantly agreed to fix it and they ended up dying my hair back to brown :/ Also she did have a manager. I get hair can be unpredictable sometimes but it's just the whole experience that I was made to feel as if it was my fault and money spent just to come out with worse looking hair. If I'm going to be paying a lot for my hair obviously I'm going to be a "Karen" about it. I don't think this hair was worth the price.. my boyfriend paid for my hair as a gift.. because I had been going through a lot and wanted to cheer me up because I love getting my hair done. Instead I got so unlucky and feel scammed. Save your money ladies and don't come here there's so much better higher quality salons with nicer hair stylists!‍‍ read more

I walked in with my niece and the gal at the first station had to ask several stylist who were clearly available if they could do a cut. One sat there on her phone and said she could after she cleaned up but she continued to just sit there.
