Even after a correction appointment, where a color remover ("CPR") was used to remove the dark toner, my hair still looks dark--possibly even darker in some areas--and the highlights are nowhere near the bright blonde I originally came in with and asked to maintain. What disappointed me most was the lack of accountability and concern for my dissatisfaction. I scheduled an appointment with Meg after seeing her work on Instagram. She reached out and asked me to send a photo of my current hair along with an inspiration photo. I sent her one of her own Instagram posts because I wanted a balayage similar to what she had done. Her response was that she wouldn't be able to achieve that look because it was "impossible." I have been getting my facial done by her for almost 10 years now. She really helped heal my skin when I had a really bad allergic reaction and my skin was acting up. I had gone to other places but they either made it worse or were not helping. When I found her she knew exactly what I needed at the moment and how often I needed to get relief from the pain. My skin started to feel better from the very first visit. My skin has healed now and I now book monthly maintenance visits, which she customizes and modifies depending on what my skin needs at that time. I feel relaxed and refreshed every time. Each appointment was like watching a comedy of errors, except nobody was laughing - except maybe Walker, who seems to find humor in customer disappointment. Instead of disparaging customers, this salon should focus on a radical concept: actually doing their job. As for my hair dresser Heather I can't even begin to thank her for the amazing work she has done to my hair not to mention she is very nice and always makes me feel so comfortable when she's working on my hair. I met her 8 years ago and my hair was badly burned from bleach and so short this was done at another place not in Rancho. Heather restored my hair I always get compliments on how healthy and shiny my hair is. I truly believe this is all to Heather since I do absolutely nothing to care for my hair. The way she does my pixie cut makes it so easy to style in no time-- like no more than 5 minutes.
