Trust me you will be happy coming to this place a little back story: Yesterday my eyes were hurting because the previous place i went to get my eyelashes glued the eyleashes to my skin ( I was in pain ) they did such a horrible job. Well in desperation I saw a posting "ROYAL LASHES" and I called , I got an answer from Trisha and she was so professional and was able to see rightaway. She made time to fit me into her schedule last minute . it took her over 1 hour to get all the glue out of my old eyelashes, and she was so understanding. she will ask you so many questions to make sure she is giving you the service and eyelashes you want 1) My appointment was at 5:30pm and she was ready for me she respect your time 2) her place is very clean and professional and super comfy. 3) she follows the guidelines with COVID19 and sees once client at a time 4) her prices are so worth it 5) she really puts detail work and treats you like VIP 6) she makes you feel very comfortable 7) I'm loving my new eyelashes great job!! When we called to have them looked at or fixed, the manager was rude, dismissive, and clearly annoyed we were even calling. I've personally been to this place a few years ago and had a terrible experience myself , the lashes felt hard as a rock, my eyes hurt for days, and I never went back. If I would have known my family member had an appointment here, I would have told her not to go! The manager also replies to reviews in an extremely unprofessional way. Instead of taking feedback seriously, she gets defensive, sarcastic, and even confrontational. If you read the replies, you'll see for yourself. It reflects exactly how they treats customers in person. We won't be back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
