The bride asked me who styled me for her wedding so she can request her for future events where she would want to be styled. I have to start by saying I feel terrible having to write a bad review. Jeanette is very nice and welcoming but I had submitted my review before my 2nd session was finished and I was really shocked and disappointed when my hair was done. So I came to Jeanette with my boxed dyed black hair. She told me she would be able to get me to the color I wanted after a few sessions which was reasonable considering my hair color before. But damn man hair is so ugly and orange and inconsistent in color it's really embarrassing to see and I never wear my hair down anymore. It's just kept in a bun until I can get it fixed. If anything my hair looked better after the first session then it did after the second session and it really sucks that I spent almost $400 for my hair to look like this. I've never trusted anyone with my hair and I really thought she'd be able to give me the hair that I wanted but I'm really disappointed in this mess of a hair color I have now. Also she recommended a purple shampoo for me so I purchased it from her and to find out it would've been cheaper for me to buy in stores then from her. Kinda sucks and really feel like I was used for my money. I really wouldn't feel comfortable recommending anyone to get their hair done here or to have her fix my hair. I'll unfortunately have to end up going to a different salon to have them fix this mess and spend more money doing so. read more

Jeanette is AMAZING! I went to get my hair done with a different stylist and my previously healthy hair was ruined. It was dead, and I had so many different crazy shades of blonde, silver, brass... you name it. I just wanted to dye all of it black again. Thank God for Jeanette. She was able to get me in soon (I couldn't walk around another day with my hair the way it was ). She even had an earlier opening and asked if I would like an earlier appointment! I didn't think my hair could be fixed, but she did a hair miracle. AND it wasn't a long process at all. I was expecting to be there for hours trying to correct my hair, but it was about 2 hours, so quick and SO good! I'm so happy with my hair and I'm able to walk around feeling so much more confident. Jeanette is great! Very welcoming and has such a comfortable setup. I made an appt the day before for a haircut and was lucky she was able to squeeze me in between her other appts. I have very fine hair so usually a cut means losing volume but after she did a quick cut with layers and styled my hair, it looked amazing! I came back the next week for a bayalage which I was a little nervous about because I never color my hair and prefer a natural look. She used a caramel color and I love how it turned out, subtle but notciable and the more I wash it the more I love the color. I will definitely be coming back as a regular.
