I then told him that I did not receive clean towels by 8:00am ; because that is when the audit employee at the front desk told me they would come. He continued to raise his voice at me and he also called Alabama Protection Agency to escort me from the property. The Protection officer was holding his gun holster, as I was in the hotel room preparing to leave, and also in the elevator. I thought that he may have wanted to shoot me.
