I usually go to the lady that operates from seat #1 by the checkout counter. We always have a great interaction/ conversation during my visits . She's really sweet and knowledgeable about her profession. She's always giving me ideas on new things to try , different places to go , foods to try, etc .. She suggested that I try the eyebrow tinting , and I really want to only I wipe my forehead too much and I'm scared I'd accidentally wipe them off. She suggested eyebrow Microblading only that's permanent and I'm scared I might not like the final results. They offer a lot of different services: eyebrow tinting , eyebrow microblading , permanent lip & eye liner , lash extensions, body waxing, make up services, hairstyling, facials , ear piercings, Hina tattoos, and a lot of other services. And all at reasonable prices too.

The actual service I received the first time was just a routine threading, but today I opted for threading, color and lamination. Currently my brows look like Burt's from Bert and Ernie as I need to allow them to finish processing. I have had my brows laminated before elsewhere when I left that establishment they gave me an at home kit for brushing and moisturizing them along with detailed instructions. At Perfect Brow today, I received no at home kit or any after care instructions, the dos and don'ts are fairly important so you don't ruin your brows so instructions should be given at least on a hand out to clients. I guess all in all it's a shop that that provides a fairly inexpensive service or services and the end results are fairly mid so maybe this is one of those things you get what you pay for, so my recommendation would be just that; if your looking for "ok" for the price give them a shot, if you're looking for a personalized experience and some pampering, Perfect Brow doesn't offer that on the menu.

On SEVERAL occasions Francis would be late to my appointments, either her kids or her mother. I could not make one of my appointments Frances charged $45 on top of the $85 dollar service fee. I stopped going about 3 months. When I returned, I paid the $45 dollar cancelation fee but stopping tipping. Frances was upset and made it very clear on this final visit....Frances did not think I noticed but I did. She hurt my ear rubbing my face really hard. Was roughly running her thumb across my throat and the towels were way too hot. Frances attitude and work was VERY unprofessional. The facial seemed like a deep tissue and was so rough I was awaken by the unpleasant behavior from Frances. At the end she slapped some cream on my face and said "I'll meet you up front" and walked out. Im only leaving this comment because a previous comment was spot on with Frances unprofessional behavior and attitude. Would not recommend Frances for any service offered at this location.

She's as real as it gets. She has a beautiful shop at Jefferson Tower. She offers additional service like micro-blading and brow-shaping as well. She's also teaching now - how legit is that? Boss. She tries to work with your schedule and is very good about letting you know if she can get you in earlier than expected. I did not receive the exact style I requested, and within 24 hours my lashes began falling out -- not normal shedding, but excessive fallout that left noticeable gaps. By the next day, almost all of the extensions were gone. I called and was scheduled for an adjustment, which I appreciated, but the same issue happened again. After going elsewhere for a while with no retention issues, I recently decided to give this location another chance. Unfortunately, the problem remains the same. The lashes simply do not last. The retention is extremely poor, especially considering the cost of the service. I'm not sure if the issue is the adhesive, the products being used, or the application technique, but lash extensions should last longer than a day or two. This has now been a repeated experience for me at this location. I hope management reviews their product quality and application standards because clients deserve better longevity and consistency.
