Taylor, Our salesman James knew we wanted like we had, a pane in the middle and a slider on each side of it. He pressured us saying this supposed great price was only good for now when he was here. The contract we signed said double slider and thats what we thought we were getting. Never came up what we were getting when the tech came out. All you can say was a miscommunication. I had Gutter Guards installed on my Gutters last year. I called the company and asked if it was normal for icicles to be hanging from the gutters in the winter and for rain to run over the gutter guards. I was told that it is what that guard is known to do, and nothing could be done. It was their most expensive guard, and that it was the best one. Nothing about icicles forming on them in the winter, that I had to go out and knock them down in the winter and rain running over them. I would not recommend anyone to use these or the company if they sell things like this and don't tell clients about these things. I paid a lot of money for this product and do not recommend it or the company. They will say anything to get a sale; the customer isn't important. Beware. read more

Horrible company for showers. They say all their workers are certified go their training. Well the people they sent out definitely were not. Leak in the basement had to come out 2 different times to fix what they did wrong. Also had to wait until someone was available which was 4 days. ​ They also had adjusted one of the doors, still not right. I have called them 3 times and no one has called me back. Warranty is only good until they go out of business.. would not recommend them at all for a bathroom. Should have gone with a different company... very unsatisfied customer for what we paid. read more

They were fantastic from the get go! No hard sell which make me comfortable from the beginning. very professional, and the quality was outstanding. Tried to get a new door quoted and was met with super high pressure sales experience. The sales man who came to visit got visibly upset when I declined to sign at that moment and laid into 'limited this visit only' discounts. Tried to follow up with additional questions via email only to be met with a hard upsell, guessing since the sales person wasn't super familiar with what they quoted, but that's just conjecture. I got three estimates for a new roof and gutters. When the guy from exterior pros came out, he was the first estimate and insisted I sign paperwork to avoid coming back. I told him I needed more estimates and he said you can still get them and we will work with you. I was floored and asked if he would like me to call him for an estimate after I signed a contract. Bottom line, after the other two estimates I now know why he wanted me to sign. His price was more than double. Be careful out there and get estimates. read more

We have had many issues with this company. First we were scheduled to have our roof replaced in 2017. No one called. I made a couple of calls to find out when they would be coming out and I got nothing in return. In the summer of 2018 I called again and they said they were missing a signature and that's why they haven't done our roof yet. No one contacted us at all asking for a signature. This was extremely frustrating. Once we signed the item they scheduled us to have our roof replaced. They came out and completed our roof. The guys who came out to do our roof were very nice and efficient. They did a great job on the roof. However, they didn't tell us that we should put something down in our attic for the tear off mess until it was half way done and by that point our attic was already a mess. It took us forever to clean up the mess they left in our attic. After they left we checked out our gutters and found there was debris left in them. We also had brand new gutters that were damaged but they are still not fixed. Now that it's snowing we have also noticed that we are getting snow in our attic. Whatever vents they used are not efficient. I shouldn't have this much snow in my attic! My biggest issue with this company is their lack of communication. They don't call you back, they don't call in general, and they pretty much ignore any emails that come their way. The only response I have ever gotten is if I called the project manager's number and he happened to pick up. He was helpful in removing the debris from my gutters. Two days later people were out there cleaning them. However, he said he would call me regarding a couple of things and I had to call back to get an answer on that. I called about our gutters and he said he would send someone to look at them. I'm still waiting... or maybe they sent someone but no one has ever reached out to me. Now I e-mailed them this morning about the snow. I wonder how long I'll have to wait for that. *edit- I would like to add that the owner did call me this morning to go over these issues. He was quick to have someone call me to set up an appointment to fix the issues above. I have an appointment very soon and will update this review again once things are fixed. I am all for a company who fixes their mistakes and I appreciate his prompt attention to these matters. read more

Don't do it. I had a small leak on my roof after a massive amount of snow had melted in a short period in time. I called them over to take a look. The leak was coming through one of my ceiling lights that was not accessible by a crawl space, so you could not see anything from inside the home as to what the problem could be. I set an appointment for the morning for someone to come over. About 20 min before they were to arrive, they cancelled citing that something had come up and the day was shot. At 9am. As the weekend was coming up and it wasn't easy to get someone else over, I made a new appointment for next week. They did not call me to let me know they were coming over, so 5 min before the appointment I confirmed that they were coming over at our time, and was told that they were on their way. Well, they were not. They were about a half hour late and did not call me to let me know that they were even on the way. When they got here, I asked if they needed to see the roof because I could show them about where the problem was. They declined to see the roof. In fact, they did not even bring ladders with them. They arrived in a car with no gear or equipment of any sort that I could tell for roofing work. They came inside and even though no visible water damage could be seen from where I showed them, declared that I needed a new roof and that my current roof was not worth fixing. I was written an estimate for $12,000 (keeping in mind, I do not own a large home. It's 2 story, yes, but it's not gigantic) and they ran down the list of features. I pointed out one of those features would not be needed because I did not have that, and I was told that it was their mistake because according to google maps it looked like I did. He then proceeded without modifying the estimate even though it would not be needed. All in all, after everything they declared that this leak would cost me $14,200 (12k for the roof and about 2200 for new gutters). I thanked them for their time and said I would get back to them. After this, I had two estimates done from two other companies. Turns out that my roof is fine (great, in fact), but the heavy snowfall damaged one of my vents which caused a little water to get in. Between that and a few other places that needed new caulk, it turned out to be a $500 repair. Both other roofers, despite my efforts to upsell, stood firm that my roof did not need to be replaced. I asked for an estimate on the gutters, both estimates were about $700 cheaper than here and both estimated the roof replacement (which they still advised against) would be $3000 cheaper than here. Their estimates were also fairly in line with each other and I ended up going with one over the other solely because of scheduling reasons. So, sure, you can use this place. But beware that they have some practices which did not sit well with me and I am sure they have used some of these sales tactics on other people. I still don't know how they expected me to drop that much money on a company which didn't even take the time to see the roof. And I am glad I didn't, because I saved over $13,000 by not going with them. read more

I usually don't do reviews, but there is a terrible pattern here with lack of communication! Unless you pester the life out of them, your calls are not returned. We experienced this when in late summer/early fall 2019 we scheduled soffits, fascia, and gutters to be installed. I understand it is outdoor work and scheduling must be flexible as the weather dictates. We called multiple times and left messages with the office to call back. It is better to keep calling until you can actually talk with the project manager rather than leave a message if you really need to get an answer. The workmanship seemed okay, until we saw a fascia board wrap on the peak of our second story coming loose in July 2019. We called that day. No one called back. I called again 3 business days later when the loose fascia piece plummeted into the yard where my children were playing. I am so thankful they were okay considering the pointy end of the piece came down first and curled on impact. I was transferred to Shaun who said they would be out by the end of the week. No calls, no visit, no repair by the end of the week. I guess, since the loose piece was now down, there is no urgency. When I called again at the end of the week, I spoke with a scheduler that had no record of any work to be done at our home and all he could do was transfer me to the proper channels. I wish I would have read the reviews before hiring this company. It seems that I am not the only one having issues with Exterior Pros returning calls. I would not recommend this company unless they offer some redeeming value that is worthy of mentioning. As I write this, Shaun did call me back after hours telling me he had assigned the repair to a crewmember this week. (You think the scheduler would have seen this if a crewmember was appropriated to a job - makes me wonder if the truth is being told.) I will post when the job is done. read more

A storm had come through my area an I had some significant damage. A family member that was happy with Exterior Pros recommended that I give them a call. I am glad that I did! I was advised by the previous owner of my home that Exterior Pros replaced the roof in 2013 after storm damage. Around Christmas of 2016, I discovered a leak, which caused damage to the insulation and drywall in my kitchen. I contacted Exterior Pros in January 2017, and met with a rep, who inspected the roof and leaking area, and assured me the roof was still under warranty and the company would make repairs. Shortly thereafter, the rep contacted me and said that after talking to some "guys at the shop" who had worked on the house, the issue was in the siding and not the roof. He advised he would send me a quote. In March of 2017 I reached out again after not receiving a quote. In the beginning of April of 2017 I finally received a quote. I asked for any documentation of the roofing work and any additional repairs done by Exterior Pros on the house, to make an informed decision regarding work on my roof, and to ensure the leak was not a failure of a previous repair. I received a few pieces of miscellaneous information on the roofing materials, but no work orders, invoices, contracts, etc. On April 10, 2017, I sent an email expressing my concerns to the company rep, who told me he would look into the matter further. As of May 14, 2017, I have heard nothing further from Exterior Pros. This is not the service or experience I expect from a reputable company, and cannot in good conscience recommend Exterior Pros. read more
