They personally met with us in our home multiple times, brainstormed on the best way to use our space, provided countless ideas, contacts, and a "mood board" and just all around helped turn our vision into a beautiful reality in our own home! The day of the party, they came in with enthusiasm, efficiency and creativity- setting up rented table/linens and successfully transforming our space into a Flower Wonderland with spectacular decorations!! They set up a beautiful "dirty soda bar" and drink station, and they also served as "Party Angels" throughout the entire party- whisking away dirty dishes and refilling the charcuterie trays and drink stations so we didn't have to worry about a thing! Once the party was over, they communicated with us about how and when we wanted them to tear down, allowing us extra time to enjoy our guests for a little longer than the "posted party hours". When they returned at the agreed-upon time, the house and outdoor areas were magically clean within an hour- It was remarkable! I cannot rave enough about this power team!! Asad worked with my coordinator, Mariam from Elan Weddings (@elan.weddings) and my sisters to coordinate a surprise from MICKEY SINGH for my wedding. The overall cost was in the middle of the 4 but still, it was a chunk of our total expense. We booked the 11 piece band, with sound guy and MC. I wish I could have another wedding reception. They were PHENOMENAL. Of all the decisions, the venue and the band were worth every penny and then some. Honestly, if I knew then what I know now, I would have paid more for them. Everyone, even the 90-year-old grandparents and the 3-year-old flower girls were on the dance floor. The group is high energy, family-friendly and guided us through all the tosses, father/daughter dances, garters, etc. At the end of the reception, they announced the bride and groom's exit. All the guests lined the walkway from the venue to the awaiting carriage waving gold sparklers as the horns played "When The Saints So Marching In". We didn't request it, they just did it! Spectacular!!! If you are waivering about which band to use for your event, you've found it. If you aren't sure you want to use a band, I can say Limelight was worth every penny and then some. Whether it was meeting in person, texting, or chatting over the phone, David was always there to answer the many questions that arose during our extensive wedding planning. David worked with the schedule of other parties, as well as our availability, and made it possible for us to setup before the wedding rehearsal. We got the much-needed rehearsal, and my daughter got a first look at the decorated venue. She was very VERY happy. The day of the event, everything was perfect when we walked in. We were able to get into the Ballroom early for dressing, pictures, etc. Timing was never an issue as, we spoke with David beforehand and he made everything come together for us.
