From the time I called to the time he arrived was like less than 10 mins. This company dispatch locksmiths very fast. .When Eli arrived he was very nice, he reassured me that he would have my car unlocked in minutes, and he was very careful with his tools not to damage my car. I had a very special experience today. It demonstrated to me, how important customer service is to Extra Locksmith. One of their technicians came to my home this morning to replace a damaged dead bolt lock. I was not completely satisfied and said so in my review. By early afternoon I received a call from the company asking if they could send another technician to complete the project to my satisfaction. I agreed and in a short time the most amazing young man, Ely, arrived. He removed the lock, researched where to get a lock that would better match my needs, realigned the door so the new lock would last longer, carefully installed the lock, and explained how to use it to avoid excess wear, in short, provided absolutely extraordinary customer service. Hubby and I spent the weekend in Fort Worth and he accidentally dropped his keys down a gutter. Don't ask. TERRIBLE SERVICE! The truth about this place is they are a fraud. Guy shows up 2 hours late for my appointment (***which was already paid for****).. then leaves right away for lunch, and also has to drive from Fort Worth to Dallas because he showed up unprepared to take care of my vehicle (after being 2 hours late). SO unprofessional, and the management would not return my calls. Use anyone else, save yourself the trouble. read more

Idan, the lock tech that did the work, knew his craft. I had two new keys programmed and working in 30 min for my 2007 Nissan Versa. Idan also explained some of the tech behind modern car keys and the security that has been added to protect cars from theft.
