When another bus company failed to honor their contract, Chika stepped in and literally rescued us! The teachers and students who were taken safely to and from San Diego Zoo Safari Park raved about their friendly and professional drivers and how nice and clean the buses were. I am incredibly grateful to Nada bus company and will highly recommend them to field trip coordinators at every school. I can see why Nada Bus is an approved charter bus company for my school district. They should have a gold star next to their name. I thought maybe it was an accident, but he did it to 2 other cars and continued to ride people's bumpers in heavy traffic on the 215N. I've never reported a driver before, but considering we almost lost our lives and had difficulty getting our car back onto the road, I called the company to tell them what happened. The woman on the phone "well if you're safe now, then you're okay!" I told her I was really concerned about this driver and she laughed at me before asking why I was talking on the phone while driving (I'm the passenger, but truly so rude to ask). Embarrassing for this company and it sounds like they have a long history of being endangering others on the road. Please avoid this company for your transportation needs.

What started out as a routine shipment pretty quickly went south following their first phone call to let me know when the shipment would arrive: between 10AM ~ Noon. At 1PM, I had to call again because the item had not been delivered. That call resulted in another target time: 2:10 PM. Which resulted in yet another call to dispatch who then quoted 'just after 5PM. The upshot is the dispatch/customer folks have their head up their (you know what!). What actually saved the day was their driver, Brendon, who called to confirm his arrival, which was accurate for the first time that delivery day. Upon Brendon's arrival, he cheerfully and professionally delivered my item. He "owned" this delivery, contrary to the total lack of ownership by the dispatcher at the Commerce, CA office. Brendon gets five stars; the Commerce office should change their lack of customer care and communication to something much, much better.

Rather than step up and own the damage done during shipping my car from TX to MA, the #subcontractor Roadrunner hired conveniently altered the time of delivery from day to evening, pulled into a spot with low lighting, & delivered during very cold rain, obscuring the damage, while requiring a signature to 'sign off' on the delivery. The weather got progressively worse going into winter, & there were other pressing issues that required my attention. Still experiencing #STM deficit due to #CovidAlpha, I forgot to check over the vehicle for a few weeks. My car was driven 5x during those weeks & parked in a private parking space, with no trucks or heavy equipment nearby that could have done that damage. Being the person I am, I thought I'd let a couple more weeks go by and continue waiting for a #Roadrunner's sub-co to own up to the #damage they did to my car, but no call was received. I decided I would post a review re: their blatant #unethical #business #practices, but I forgot, until now! #LongCovid was on their side! Anyway... The traffic to get to this location is amazingly slow. There is minimal street parking available, due to other businesses in the area. Be prepared to park a bit farther away, or to go in loops around the blocks to find available parking. I didn't go to the bathroom here, but my companions did. You'll need a key from the front desk to use the bathroom. Bus was late by like an hour. They didn't let us buy a ticket for the bus until a certain time frame. I'm not too sure about why was that. Overall, I think there were better options to going from there to TJ airport. But the bus finally came and it looked like my companion was ok as I bid him farewell for his short voyage. My Uncle is tall, 6'5" , and he requires some extra care. They were polite, professional and friendly and immediately put me at ease that were handling him with care. I later learned that one of the young ladies was in training but you could not detect that from his demeanor or hers. At one point I heard him calmly coaching her through a task but that was the only giveaway. I hope I've located the right Lifeline office but if not, please reply so I can correct that. The other young lady managed the handoff with the hospital and all the paperwork with them and later me, and all of even that transaction was smooth and professional. He actually told me that I couldn't pay with a credit card, so I started to get out of the taxi. He stopped me, fiddled around with his phone, then told me he COULD take a card. As we drove on, I realized that the license he had up in his car was expired. I was ready to just have him pull over since we already had the misunderstanding about payment earlier. Well, I didn't - I just copied down the information and waited to cool off about the whole thing. I never did report the expired license, but I next time I get a taxi from Yellow Cab in Commerce, I am going to make sure they know what my last experience was like and specifically ask that they make sure my driver has a current certification.
