We're still waiting on that promise months later. They make a lot of promises but don't follow up to fix problems. I noticed their workers were careless with items being moved. I just happened to catch them dragging our expensive mattress across the rough concrete driveway. They lost our remote for the bed. only after much prodding did they finally replace it, I would not use this company ever again!!!

There is a remote control for paying tenants to use to open the gate from their vehicle, which is great when it's hot, freezing or raining. The negative reviews shown below are at least 7 years old. Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. When we called this company to report our missing jewelry (gold emerald ring and gold necklace, etc) we were given the run-around. We were not taken seriously and they did not open an investigation into the stolen jewelry. No report made even though my husband called in. We will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau, the Atlanta Police Department, and will keep leaving this review everywhere online until our items are returned promptly. They assured us they would load us up and meet us at our apartment. That was so helpful because we were then able to get settled into our apartment before they arrived.
