I changed my debit card and called to update the information for automatic payments, but the AI CAN NOT DO THAT! Instead I got put on hold with the promise that I would soon be speaking with a flesh and blood human. I have now been on hold for three HOURS. I'm leaving my phone on hold until someone answers.
