In other words; I could see the product very clearly along with the pricing , but I couldn't touch it! I love going into ABC stores a lot! Touching the various liquor bottles and looking at their labels is an enjoyable thing for me. I'm guessing that a glass partition eliminates shoplifting about 100%, but I like to handle the bottles! This was December 2023,it's October 2024 and they refused to pay. Stating I didn't have insurance. Despite the fact this facility had holes in their roof which causes damage to my furniture. I've filed several times talked to district manager who all agreed I did pay insurance for over a year and they should pay the 2000$ insurance claim. My Curio alone was worth that, not to mention my couch and family photos and photos and memories lost forever. Never use any of these facilities! You are Crooks!!!

But after the 2 months I was charged and I noticed I was charged for insurance I called and they were very cocky with me and stated you basically get the 2 months free because we think you will pay our insurance. No where does it state that and I said I'm sorry but I don't need theirs insurance. I'm told I will get the money credited which never happened not to mention I was charged for the insurance Every month thereafter. so instead of fighting I moved out and got a new storage unit elsewhere!!!!
