We pulled in@4:40, the lady tells my wife that it takes 30 minutes to complete the reservation and we'll have to come back! Really? Numbly, we leave. Sunday, open until 4pm, there at 2:30, the 'unit', the last unit, the door is broken. Of course it is. The entire place is concrete blocks and be tin roofs. Plenty of larger, more expensive ones available. Pay that rate for one month and we'll make it right next month? I'm still in the truck because of I go in, we're out of here. Told the wife to get a smaller unit or leave in 10 minutes. This is not the Capital Grille folks. Not Happy, can't recommend this place.

He made sure to pay attention to me even though he was helping other customers, and he gave me a price list to look at. One of the other customers also waiting in there told me that he had researched all of the other storage facilities in the area and that this was the cheapest and newest. They had so many different types of units available, and I went with the 10x10 climate-controlled. I'm really happy with the cleanliness of the facilities, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, and also with the security measures at the facility. I've stopped by a couple of times to get stuff out of my unit after hours and I felt so safe! Gates that require codes to get in AND out of and 24/7 video surveillance all over the place. Definitely stop by here if you need self-storage.

Elevator down button broken for at least three weeks and counting. Office often closed during regular hours. Prices go up substantially every six months. Bait and switch with initial pricing. Avoid.

Remember, as a general rule, storage rental facilities are largely unregulated which means they can raise your rent with 30 days notice to pretty much any amount they want and they know they have you on the hook because you won't want to relocate your stuff. If you get a quoted price online, lock it in for six month or a year by pre-paying if you can. ALSO remember - you can get your own rental unit insurance from any number of companies for half what the rental unit companies will charge you and bring in proof of insurance at the time you rent (but you MUST do it in person). ALSO ALSO remember - you can also bring your own secure lock and not pay $20 for one of their locks. Do all of the above and any smart reasonable manager or employee is going to make your rental process smooth and painless.
