    My experience was excellent thanks to Miss Tori!…read more All staff were helping customers. I waited on my designated spot. There was a couple at the counter so I waited patiently. Another customer entered the building and Tori greeted him. I wasn't sure if she saw me behind the couple so I stepped around them and said I'm next and she gestured she saw my. When she helped email label to return an Amazon product and pointed to a printer and informed me my label would print there. While I was waiting she helped the man she greeted before assisting me. She scanned his phone and gave her a product. Once she was done my label had printer and she helped me. Tori was polite and courteous. She even explained she greet her customers when they enter and ask what service they needed and that she was going to assist me after her initial inquiry. She didn't have to explain her procedures to assist customers and if made me feel seen and heard. That I sincerely appreciated and with efficacy she took care of the customers all while be patient. This was my first visit to this location and whenever I have needs that can be assisted via UPS I'll definitely return. The store was clean and a bit smaller so prepare for social distancing options. Just a side note. Greetings are kind and professional. Just like Tori greets customers so should the other staff. Calling someone name out without a hello or I'll be right with you seems a bit obtuse. Customer service agents must understand they are agents of service to customer. Thanks Tori hopefully they'll emulate your customer service skill set.

First of all, Matt was great at scheduling, giving an estimate, and answering questions. But since he didn't have anything to do with the actual moving process...I can't really say it mattered. I moved from a one bedroom in west philly to a center city apartment- pretty simple. The guys showed up late ~ 20 minutes late. I met them in the parking lot of my building because they couldnt figure out how to park their MASSIVE moving truck on their own. I came down and they were smoking cigarettes next to their graffiti covered vehicle. It took them at least another 15 minutes to actually park and come up to my apartment...where they realized they forgot the dolly. So they went back to their truck and couldn't find it...because they forgot it. So now we are about 45 minutes past my start time and they begin moving things... My mom and I actually helped them bring boxes to the elevator to bring down because we were already so far behind schedule. The process would have been so much faster if they had not forgotten a dolly, and I would not have felt like I had to help because I was paying for them to carry one box at a time down my hallway. Matt had told me that the crew would be able to give me a ride to the new apartment, and when I asked them they laughed and said "ummm there isn't much room but if you don't mind smoking then fine" I hate smoking...so I got a cab. When I got to my new apartment they arrived more than 20 minutes after me...smoking again. I had asked Matt if I needed to get them a parking permit for my new street because I knew my location was zoned- he said no it was fine. Then of course the crew got a parking ticket and whined about that while they moved my stuff into the new apartment. They chipped the side of my dining room table and snapped the hanging wire on the back of a large piece of wall art. Nothing else was damaged. The whole day sucked. They were unprofessional and unprepared. I really don't enjoy paying people by the hour to smoke cigarettes. I called Matt towards the end of the process to let him know that I was displeased with the service, especially forgetting the dolly since I knew it added a lot of time to my move and required my mom and I to help. He tried to make things better by knocking a little bit off of my bill. But all in all the whole thing was terrible. I would NEVER use skybox again.

    Due to the mixed reviews of this company, I just HAVE to review them to give them the credit that…read morethey deserved. I was helping out a friend who was moving to a new place. The movers were due to come at 3:00pm on Sunday. They called around 2:30pm to say that they were running late, approximately 15-20 minutes late. They eventually came at 4:00pm because there were tons of traffic. I was okay with it because they were straightforward and honest about it. Once they got here, they started moving the furniture that needed to be packed. My friend had an insane amount of furniture, that includes 2 beds, 3 couches, and 918273 drawers. (Okay not really but it felt like that). They were quick, professional, and efficient the whole time. Since they were working hard, and McDonald's was across the street, I grabbed them food and we took a break after loading all the furniture (I know I know, fast food is bad for you but it was across the street!). Once at the new place, I swear they performed a miracle or something. It was an enclosed staircase onto the second floor and whoever built the opening were not thinking straight because it was so damn small. The couches took forever to come up the stairs, and once it did, it took forever to get through the front door. For the third couch, they literally hoisted up over the railings in the front! I was amazed... and scared! They got everything in, the beds, couches, and 918273 drawers set to where we asked them to. They were very nice, very polite. Definitely did a solid job. I'm SO glad that my friend chose them to be his moving company because they definitely did not charge as much as other companies have quoted. But they still did just as good of a job, if not better, than those other companies would. If I had to move, definitely will call these guys! Shout out to Joe's crew !! Oh, and yes the polite thing to do is to tip your movers, don't forget. They work very hard.

They protected not only my belongings, but my spirit. In a time when I felt completely alone, their presence brought comfort, safety, and even a little hope. Their professionalism was top-tier, but it was their humanity that made all the difference. They showed up with strength when I didn't have any left. I will never forget what they did for me -- not just the move, but the way they made me feel cared for. Their not movers their your friends for life! Pro Quality Movers didn't just move me into a new place. They helped me transition into a new chapter with dignity. And for that, I'm forever grateful.

    When I gave my positive review it was before they started the move but Jay had come by and gave us…read moreour estimate (which was supposed to include unpacking; but when they went an extra day to pack they couldn't unpack since they had another job; he then gave me a name of a girl who could help but I would have to pay her) after he saw everything and yet it went way wrong. His quote was a few thousand lower than it ended up costing me; I paid the highest amount that I heard from friends in my previous neighborhood who moved to the same development but their movers were not available. He later offered to help bring in some of the boxes but we were so frustrated by how much work we had ahead of us we just couldn't comprehend having him come over but as we were getting to the end we had some heavy items that needed help to move and I tried recently to call him and he doesn't answer the phone. That is why I wouldn't trust anything he says! BEWARE! No matter what is said get exact price written down, what is exactly is included, watch how they wrap everything and fragile items you should take yourself and be wary if they say boxes are included! I originally thought it went well till I started to unpack. Now first off I had an estimate including them to unpack but they misjudged the amount of work that was required. So it ended costing me triple the price and they didn't have the time to unpack. They also only marked half the boxes with what was in them making it very frustrating for me to know what was worth to unpack immediately. Upon moving the boxes that they piled up triple high and very heavy caused the move to be extremely difficult since we are in our 70's. Upon opening the boxes the items were wrapped and re-wrapped with so much clear plastic that we spent hours cutting through to get to the items. They did this to many things that were non breakable pieces like boxes of cereal but a vase from Greece was wrapped in paper and was broken in pieces. A cup from Russia also broken was thrown in with the vase and a piece of paper place between them no wrap on the cup. My small 2 drawer file desk was emptied in a box mixing paper clips, rubber bands, pens, markers, and everything else that was in jars. All our items with cords instead of keeping them together they were all thrown in different boxes and still have not found them. We have a very heavy sewing table with machine needed taken up to the walk up attic(our second floor) it is still sitting in the garage and now we have to hire someone else to take care of it otherwise we can not park in the garage. DO NOT HIRE THEM! THEY Will PROMISE TO DO THINGS; BUT BEWARE!! ALSO I WAS CHARGED FOR EXTRA MATERIAL; THEY USED SO MUCH MORE THAN NEEDED!!
