So no, there was not a single apology or solution for future rentals given to me, except for just filling a claim. It's just so appalling that this place doesn't have any pest/rodent prevention?? When I escalated this issue to corporate hoping for a better response, and got the same nonchalant attitude. Oh and to make it worse, the units are not climate controlled at all. You're hit with thick, suffocating basement humidity the moment you walk in which is just the perfect environment for mice to thrive, yay. Meanwhile the leasing office stays ice-cold, like they can't be bothered to extend that same care to the units they're actually charging people to store their belongings in. But it's funny how if I'd missed a payment, my stuff would've been kicked to the curb immediately, yet they leave me with piss-stained sheets and chewed-through clothes, with half of my belongings needed to be thrown in the dumpster, and all I get is a womp womp. So if you want your personal belongings including sentimental/irreplaceable items to become an all-you-can-eat buffet for Ratatouille and his cousins, you're in luck because this is the place for you.

Tiara Roberts-Howard said those were at the other location at 318 S Henderson Rd, King of Prussia but she'd do the paperwork for me then send me there. She stated the rental fee would be $133 per month with tax. I said ok but I'd barely afford that because I'm on disability. Looking at the contract I told her I couldn't see it clearly because I have cataracts & asked if there was anything to change and I'd assume they take the rent automatically. She said yes but no changes. She said she'd email the contract and I told her again I can't see that on my phone either. Cataracts cause double vision when I'm reading. She then pressed me to write her a positive review. She even tried to get me to do it right then. After 3 months my rent increased $80 without notice. She claimed to have sent registered mail but none was sent and no signature was returned. Two very specific times during our conversation she should have told me about this increase. I would not have stayed if I had been told of this giant increase coming. I had had to hire movers to get my property into the unit. I spoke to her after the took so much more from my account & she denied her deceit and hung up on me. I then spoke to Joe Stringer. He accused me of knowing about this increase but I told him she never said it even when I explained my financial limitations and inability to read the fine print and said he would speak to the owner stating several times "I care". He was to call me the next day. That was 16 days ago. No call. Beware of these bait and switch practices. They take advantage.

I've called corporate 6+ times over 5 days, each time told it's "escalated," but no case number, callback, or solution from upper management or the corporate office. This is not an isolated issue the office was also closed without notice the day I was scheduled to move in, forcing me to find a last-minute solution for a truck full of equipment. Reviews for this location on Google describe the same pattern of unstaffed hours and no follow-up from the district manager, going back months. Ask specifically what backup exists before you rent here. Based on my experience, the honest answer is NONE - you're entirely on your own if something goes wrong and the manager isn't in.

Instead, they drove me absolutely crazy with their canned, dumb answers to my inquiry.) THE INCOMPETENCE: I booked unit for 1 month only, starting 11/23/2025 and will exit 12/22/2025. The sales associate was aware of this. I paid THE ENTIRE MONTH IN FULL and received paperwork indicating the amount I paid in full, PLUS an additional amount that's due 12/1/2025 (for the remainder of December, if I choose to stay past 12/22/25.) WHY WOULD THE 2nd AMOUNT BE DUE 12/1 to extend my use of the unit if I'm booked through 12/22/25 ? It should be due 12/22/25 for the remainder of the month's stay. So now, if I don't pay the amount on 12/1 (even if I don't decide to stay), given the 6th day grace period, I'll owe that amount + the late fee of $20!!!!! I spoke to 3 people in customer service and 2 in sales and all they say is "that additional amount is prorated for the remaining days in December". I had to repeat CALMLY, SLOOOOOWLY, that I realize that, but why would it be due on 12/1. They all said "because that's the way our billing cycle works." And since I don't plan to stay, so I won't want to pay it, I'll be charged a late fee of amount + $20. Then they said "call us back around 12/20 to tell us you don't want to stay (ie: after the 12/1 due date and late payment.) Duuuuhhhhhh. WTF

NO ONE IS AVAILABLE! Every damn month, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! NO ONE is available to speak to between the 3rd and the 5th. The system is down or some other excuse. Magically, the system can't be reached, there is no one in the office, no one answers the phone ---until the 6th when they have applied a late fee. I RECEIVED THE SCGGESTION THAT I SCAN THE QR CODE ON THE OFFICE DOOR. I KEEP TELLING THEM THAT I AM HANDICAPPED SENIOR CITIZEN. I was very specific about my financial situation. I receive my money between the 3rd and the 5th--every month. That was "no problem!" Except, lately, it is an issue. Just now, after taking a $30 late fee, someone called me to discuss my frustration, blah blah, blah. The call center is open 24 hours a day. Not really, because only a machine answers the phone. Rent a garage, or a room in your aunt's house. Buy trailer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT!!!!!
