Devon slowly started to do the same thing, figured it'd stop eventually. It didn't, it eventually got up to $50 a month for a 5x5 that's got no protection from bugs or anything. Being that I would from sun up to sun down almost every day I had no time to come by and check on my stuff or come talk to them about the ridiculous rates increase. Eventually I checked the internet for their prices and found they're starting people at around $15 again so I called up. Said I couldn't get a price match and asked if I could cancel my storage and then resign up. The lady said yes.. makes perfect sense. Didn't have time to come up and do that though unfortunately. I just got around to canceling my storage. After calling for 3-4 weeks I finally ended up pressing 1 for new customer and had a wonderful CSR lady help me and sent a contact report to the site manager who finally called me back the next day. She started out great, but after finding out I had already moved some stuff and took my lock the "final day to be out" changed from the 27th to that afternoon and if I wasn't all the way out by then I would have $130 PER ITEM charged AND she said since my storage wasn't all the way cleaned out it would hurt my credit. Apparently having things still in your storage directly effects your credit. We made an agreement to meet here on a Saturday. Their hours are 9-5. Ive been here since 10:15 and it's now 10:45 and the front door has been locked the entire time. All in all Devon is good for short term storage but absolutely terrible for long term and garbage for customer service. Don't store here.

The company canceled my original move at the last minute (The company canceled at 6:00 p.m. the night before, citing the driver "lost his license," asking me if I was comfortable letting him move my belongings without a valid license--an alarming, unprofessional question), then sent an untrained crew who arrived late, smoked near the open garage door, pushed furniture across floors without protection, and caused multiple damages to both property and belongings. Basic care and professionalism were completely lacking. I am uploading only a couple of photos here. Furniture and property were severely damaged: scratched walls and floors, severely dented appliances, grease-stained mattresses (yes, they charge you for the mattress covers, and then did not use them at all), and broken bookcases. A Christmas tree was snapped, refrigerator handle broken, and the truck poorly packed. I filed a formal complaint with the BBB, but the company did not follow through on what they stated in their response. No claims manager ever contacted me--directly or indirectly--despite their promise to do so. This entire process has shown me how unreliable and unprofessional this company is. I strongly advise others to avoid using All My Sons Moving & Storage to prevent similar stress and frustration. I would give 0 stars if it were possible!

I was out of pocket $1200+, in the end. They said it was because of the mandatory wrapping and padding of the furniture. Get this, they had no room for our stove and left it at the old house. They said we would have to pay extra for them to go back and get it! They will jack up the price on you, big time. DON'T EVER HIRE ALL MY SONS MOVING COMPANY!
