I really hate to leave this review but I feel like I'm being ignored and have no other options. I…read morehired them for a move Friday morning and it has been a nightmare since. At the start the guys seemed cool, but as the move went on their attitude changed. They started complaining about how much stuff I had even though I did a full intake with them beforehand and we already agreed on a price. They even started insinuating I should go to an ATM to pay them more money, which made me feel uneasy and was unprofessional since the rate was already set. I moved into a brand new building where I'm only the 3rd person on my floor. A hallway light fixture was broken during the move and they told me they didn't do it. However, management knocked on my door later saying they have them on camera breaking the light and damaging the walls. On top of the building damage, my vanity was broken, some furniture was scratched, and the monitor for my work computer is broken. I've asked repeatedly for their insurance information so we can resolve this, but they aren't responding. I believe I've been blocked now because my messages are no longer going through. Please reach out so we can resolve this.

Marco worked with me over the phone and discussed all the variables involved in detail and explained the process and fees associated. The prices were extremely fair and confirmed the move. On the day before the move Marco once again confirmed the move and on the morning of the move they called to advise us they were on their way. They arrived on time and brought the larger truck as I had ordered since we have extra "stuff" with all my children. We had boxed everything ahead of time and had most of it in garage but not all. They had the garage loaded in about 20 minutes. I was amazed at how quickly and delicately they got our washer and dryer from upstairs down to the truck. Everything was loaded in under 2 hours as Marco had suggested in the quote. The movers made it to the new house without incident and were quick actually beating us in our cars. They got everything moved into the new house without any issues and couldn't have been nicer and more efficient. They wrapped the items needing it and taped up drawers etc... I'm sorry I do not remember the names of the crew that did the move but they busted their butts with all our "stuff" and handled everything as promised... thank you Marco and your staff!! We will use them in the future and I highly recommend them after our experience.

We stored sentimental items inherited from our late mother with a storage company called Callbox…read morestarting in 2018. When Clutter acquired Callbox in 2023, we were assured in writing our items would stay in the same facility -- they didn't (and we were not informed that our items were moved). When we requested our items back in 2026, 3 were lost completely and never found. What we did get back included smashed, waterlogged, and moldy pieces, boxes we didn't recognize, and property that wasn't even ours. To be compensated for their negligence, Clutter demanded we sign a broad and extensive settlement agreement that contained a non-disparagement clause that would have barred us from writing this review at all -- and let them sue us for violating it. We refused to sign. Clutter also denied our request for a refund of fees paid. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company, especially for storing anything of value or sentimental importance.

MANY of my things had been STOLEN and damaged. PLEASE Don't use this company. They are crooked and made my situation worse then before, scamming me in a time of hurt and unimaginable loss. They were rude, showed up 2 1/2 hours late, took there time and were inconsiderate that I had just lost someone so close to me in my life. If I could give them zero stars I would. I hope these crooks go out of business.
