He refused to unlock it, so I asked him to show me the policy regarding lockouts. He had to actually read the policy himself, and guess what it said? "All tenants 45 days late will be locked out." FORTY-FIVE DAYS. Not 4. You should have seen the look on his face when he realized he was wrong. He was refusing to unlock my unit over $50 when I was only FOUR DAYS late, even though their own policy clearly states that tenants are locked out after 45 days late. In the end, he had to unlock my unit because he was completely wrong. And this isn't even the first time he's gotten their policies wrong. I remember when he tried increasing my rent after I had only been there for TWO MONTHS. He kept telling me they raise the rent after three months, even though I hadn't even been there for three months! These people seem so money-hungry and desperate for $50 that they'll be petty enough to lock someone's storage unit after FOUR DAYS, even when they have a written policy that clearly says otherwise. Maybe he should read the policies before trying to enforce them.

At the new house, they brought everything in but rushed. We struggled to keep up with where they were putting boxes. By the end, stuff just landed in the garage. It's been a month, and we've not found the items in the kitchen drawer that held all of our silverware and gadgets (can opener, vegetable peeler etc.) Would I recommend them? Probably, but you've got to keep an eye out to maitain control.
