Well it turns out these business owners are no different than the corporate guys. My storage rent was raised 20 percent within two months of my move in date. The front door to wheel your stuff is jagged and broken making each trip difficult. I was willing to overlook the bad entryway and ridiculously small hours for a local business with affordable rates. Only the office, the outside of the building and when you first walk in have cameras. False advertising saying "exceptional security" and "manager living onsite". I did file a police report.
