I have rented with two other storage facilities before and at those other facilities I experienced rodent damage and droppings on my belongings, flooding and water damage, reported theft on the property, insect damage and spiderwebs on everything, excessive dust, the list goes on. I almost thought that was part of for the course with storage... so much so that I put all my furniture on palletts in case of flooding and covered everything in my unit with a tarp. Both these measures proved unnecessary because the husband and wife who own this facility keep it IMMACULATELY CLEAN. Prior to selecting this storage facility I wrote down a lengthy list of requirements in a facility to store my items in, as I was storing many vintage and sentimental items. It was highly important to me that rodent and insect damage would be unlikely, that my items would be damaged by flooding or leaky roofs, or that my items wouldn't be stolen (seems like bare minimum but you'd be surprised! ) I just vacated my unit today after five years and I found no water damage, no rodent or insect damage, and the only spiderwebs on my furniture were the ones I moved my furniture in with (proven by the ancient dog fur caught in the webs). Communication with this facility has also been excellent. Any rate changes to my monthly bill I always recieved both email and postal mail notices. Office hours are broad which means if I have any changes to my account, they're open when it's convenient for me to stop by. The couple who owns the facility live on site and the property has massive security... I never had to fear theft or damage. Staff have been friendly, expedient, and helpful 100% of the time that I've had to interact with them. I would strongly recommend this business if you need storage and the security and preserving the cleanliness of your items are your priority. There are cheaper options available in town if you're willing to go with companies whose storage facilities are notorious for pest/water damage.

She didn't call to apologize she called to scream about the honest review I left I have screen shots and a recorded call. I'll be releasing them to socials They don't contact you until the bill is due after multiple promises claiming I'd be "contacted by the manager" she calls me once in 30 days and then I get some generic email saying that my stuff had been moved. While waiting on them to return my call and claims that they would call me back once they figured out how to do their job. My abusive ex husband put me in this situation violating 3 different ca civil codes and instead of assisting me or working with me as their potential new client since my property was left there without my permission they decided to maximize their profits. After weeks of being promised that I would get a call from the allegedly "one manager who would know how to go about this" and them not returning my calls and refusing to communicate with me I get an email. I've been given the run around and idk why because my communications with them have only been professional so far yet they still decided to screw me over. This place is a scam and they'll do anything for money. Renting out over priced units and then lying to customers. Every interaction was documented. I'm not okay because they took things from me that I had managed to hold onto for the last 30 years despite all the moves things that can't be replaced and were put there without my permission I can't actually access. I was told I'd be able to access my items but their lack of communication has made that literally impossible as I am 800 miles away. They knew that 30 days ago when we made first contact. That I had no tangible way of getting my property out of there quickly but they chose violence against a girl who is literally just trying to survive. The reason there are laws protecting victims of DV who try to leave is because they often leave their things behind when fleeing. I was unable to safely get my stuff and it wasn't a priority when I left. My safety was. So without my permission it was moved into a storage unit here at this location and then I was promised to be called and emailed for 4 weeks straight where the staff here led me on to believe I'd be getting a call by someone competent enough to transfer to my name so I could either take over that bill or come get my things. Neither one happened because they don't communicate. And they lie. So if you support that kind of deceptive and predatory behavior come on down they'd love to screw you over too

They lure you in with a dirt cheap promotional rate, then at the 6 month mark, they literally double your rate and hope you're too lazy to move your stuff. The location is convenient, close to the freeway, and the driveways inside are wide and easy to navigate. If I ever need storage again, I'd definitely consider coming back for short term storage.

They don't over charge their customers with obscene prices and they don't lure customers in to later on raise prices on their storage fees. However, there are some challenges. They only have 2 carts available to customers. These carts are stored inside their office. If the office is closed , which it mostly is , despite office hours being posted, tuff luck! Bring your own cart or come back when they are open. Another thing that I have noticed is that the inside unit corridors aren't kept clean. This is an easy fix which a leaf blower can quickly remediate! No one wants to store their stuff in funky places. It's only been a few days , but I will update my review after the next 3 months.
