They only have 2 carts available to customers. These carts are stored inside their office. If the office is closed , which it mostly is , despite office hours being posted, tuff luck! Bring your own cart or come back when they are open. Another thing that I have noticed is that the inside unit corridors aren't kept clean. This is an easy fix which a leaf blower can quickly remediate! No one wants to store their stuff in funky places. It's only been a few days , but I will update my review after the next 3 months.

I used Yelp to get several quotes and I picked Sacramento Brothers because they had the best quote and quick communication. They showed up the day of the move on time and got right to work. The truck was packed before I knew it without incident. I was also leaving a couple things behind and they were thoughtful enough to move them downstairs for me. They showed up at the new place quickly and started unloading ASAP. I had leaf a couple things I needed across town so I left them to it. By the time I got back they were finished. They quoted me a 3 hour minimum and finished just before 3 hours. They didn't try to pad the time at all and the bill was exactly what they quoted me. I'll definitely use Sacramento Brothers next time I move and they even offer a small discount for repeat customers. You should definitely at least get a quote from them if read all this.

We had a great experience moving my mother in-law from her home in the Bay Area to an assisted…read moreliving apartment in Rocklin. Brian did a good job coordinating the estimate and logistics, which included getting his crew and truck from south Sacramento to the Bay Area early enough to get packed, back to Rocklin, set up furniture in the apartment and drop off the equivalent of 12 large boxes at a storage facility, all by 7 pm. To do this, he recommended adding a 3rd person to the crew, which ended up being essential for success. On the day of the move, the crew left promptly at 7 am. They communicated on arrival at 9:15 when they departed, but traffic issues pushed the arrival to 10:15. They overcame this with the additional crew member, and were loaded up by 12:30 and on their way back to Rocklin. We found NO damage to any of the items. The entire move was well organized, with a crew that was polite, and personable. We heartily recommend this company.

Here's what I think about this place…read more PROS: PRICING: I did some shopping around and called places like Public Storage and a few mom and pop shops around the area and ended up here because the pricing is just so darn good for the unit. EFFICIENCY: The whole process what just so easy. First, I called the phone number to go over pricing and made the reservation. Second, drove down to the unit to book everything and sign paperwork. Third, piled stuff into the unit and called it a day...easy enough. CUSTOMER SERVICE: The phone rep was incredibly nice and great at her job. She asked questions that helped her guide me to the right unit and was just very pleasant. The onsite rep was also very friendly and quick with the paperwork. She was very knowledgeable and knew what she was doing. CONS: There is a required insurance premium that you have to pay if you don't already have home or renters insurance. I understand why you need the insurance but it's a bit over priced...I was forced to pay $13 a month for a 5ft x 10ft unit when you can get waaaay better cover for around $25 a month! When we showed proof of insurance they wouldn't give a refund for insurance that I hadn't used! Normally, insurance companies will give partial refunds if you can prove you have other insurance. That seems like a rip off to me! CONSENSUS: Price is good and customer service is good so they have my business for now. I just wish they had a better system of handling the insurance thing.
