Four young men and two 26' trucks showed up right on time and worked nonstop at an extremely rapid pace to load up extremely heavy furniture and oversized belongings in 3-4 hours (including elevator time) . When they got to the new home, it was about half the time to unload, hook up appliances, and rearrange furniture I requested a couple of times. Everything arrived like it left, nothing broken and the estimate they gave me was spot on. The guys were courteous, strong, and hardworking. Highly recommend

When everything in my business demanded my attention to the point that I felt like I was drowning, it was so such a relief for me to know that this was one department that I did not have to worry about... I've always wondered how he handled everything so well just by himself, but he never skipped a beat... and this meant that everything in my business was timely -- from the proper filing and maintaining of licenses to handling customer refunds and returns.. Ever always so cheerful and upbeat, he made an otherwise dreadful errand a lovely and welcoming experience.. I really hate to leave this review but I feel like I'm being ignored and have no other options. I…read morehired them for a move Friday morning and it has been a nightmare since. At the start the guys seemed cool, but as the move went on their attitude changed. They started complaining about how much stuff I had even though I did a full intake with them beforehand and we already agreed on a price. They even started insinuating I should go to an ATM to pay them more money, which made me feel uneasy and was unprofessional since the rate was already set. I moved into a brand new building where I'm only the 3rd person on my floor. A hallway light fixture was broken during the move and they told me they didn't do it. However, management knocked on my door later saying they have them on camera breaking the light and damaging the walls. On top of the building damage, my vanity was broken, some furniture was scratched, and the monitor for my work computer is broken. I've asked repeatedly for their insurance information so we can resolve this, but they aren't responding. I believe I've been blocked now because my messages are no longer going through. They took my deposit over the phone, we scheduled for Tuesday May 5th for between 12 and 4. The…read moremove is out of a mobile home. The two young men showed up. I showed them what was to be moved. They excused themselves went back to the truck. Then I got a call from their office they didn't want to do it so they were cancelling. I asked for my deposit back they said no because it was a same day cancelation. I talked to a lawyer I know he said file a fraud charge ack with the bank. I wish I hadn't used my debit card instead of credit card. Lawyer said deposit is to protect be against customer bailing out. It's part of what you paid them to do work, they changed their mind they have no right to keep the money. To be clear the one star is for dishonesty on the company's. Part. Otherwise I wouldn't have left any review. So Monday I will file a dispute with bank.
