I am now out over $25,000 worth of stuff. All my personal information is now out there too. I work in this industry. Had my items not been infested while being stored there I could have brought them to my place and stored for FREE. When I tried to do this I opened my unit and 100s of roaches all over the place!!!! My items came from an apartment on Los Olas that was $2500/month. We had ZERO bugs! I am not even sure what to say. I've hired an attorney since this place wanted to sell my stuff instead of fix the problem!

This management is so CHEAP and one elevator barely works and it is extremely pain in the butt to enter codes every time to use elevator, to gain access inside! I had prompted the door open to make it easier to move inside the management came out and blasted the people working for me and told them keep the doot closed I mentioned to her its a pain to enter codes every few seconds she said too bad thats how we managed this property period! Rose is a horrible customer service oriented, she chose to piss her customer off! AVOID this place at all COST!

I'm pretty sure this is the 3rd management company in a year, there's only ever 1 person to manage the whole building so you're locked outside waiting for somebody to come back to let you in. This could've been ignored because I don't visit often enough to have to deal with it but raising rents over $100/month and the required insurance in the middle of a pandemic is beyond reprehensible

There's never anyone in the office, so you can't use the bathroom, they're completely unhelpful, and there's never enough carts to use. Probably the worst managed and staffed storage location in the state.
