They also scratched my floor and never mentioned it, which I only discovered after they left and had to report myself -- something that could have impacted the sale of my property. While they did repair the floor, that doesn't excuse the lack of honesty and care. To make matters worse, they hid behind their contract and offered a $25 payout for a TV that cost well over $100, instead of taking real responsibility. After my last message raising additional concerns, they've now stopped responding completely. Careless, dishonest, and no accountability. I would not trust this company in my home.

One was the old apartment I lived in, and the other pickup was my partner's furniture and work tools. They have created their own inventory and clearly marked the boxes so there were no mix-ups. My craft supplies, his office monitors, kitchen appliances and family photo frames were all packed in various ways. The boxes were quite light, so we loaded them one by one, and this made us feel better. We booked a time for our building elevator, and our team worked around that time frame without wasting time. It was handled calmly, though there was a slight lag while the other person was loading the area. Everyone was very nice and informed us throughout the entire process. They delivered around 9 pm, and the main furniture was delivered to the desired location. One of the lamp shades had to be tweaked upon unpacking, but it was a minor issue. The boxes were readily available as each room's name was clearly written on the box. The move itself remained well planned and executed from start to finish, even with two pickup points. And was very patient with me and all my changes!!! Out of all the movers I called for quotes, he was the only one that followed up with me. I will definitely call him for my next move! Then comes time for the movers to load us up from Margate, FL to NC. They were beyond professional, sweet, careful, and so kind to us. Asked questions along the way. Moved our personal belongings with such care. These two young men pictured with my mom were simply amazing!!!! Now for the unload in NC. The driver kept in touch with us from the time he loaded the truck up until delivery day.... keeping us updated on time line. We had two stops, and he handled everything perfectly. Even told my mom, relax I will put the bed together! We had a storage unit and I was afraid everything wouldn't fit, well he told me not to worry he's got it. And he did! FedEx doesn't sell wooden crates at all. " At least here in Florida. " I finally got asked someone who deals with logistics and they sent me a picture of the good le search and Miami Crate Service was right on the top I immediately called the number and with out any runarounds or miscommunication were get a quote minutes after sending them an email with the measurements of the equipment. And pricing was totally reasonable and affordable. They did a great job and they were very expeditiously at that.
