After several phone calls with the office I was able to make an appointment. I was told they would call the day before to set up a more specific time for the technician to come out and give a quote. However they never called . So I called the day of the scheduled appointment and they told me they had me scheduled for another day that I specifically said I was not available. After working some things out a great tech by the name of Daniel came by on his way home to discuss everything. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He informed me of schedule issues within the office. He said he would submit paperwork and quote would be sent out . After waiting a week I still never received one. After leaving several messages I finally called back and spoke to someone in the office. After telling them the story they said they would have him come out and give me an estimate. I said he was already here and I was awaiting on the numbers and totals. The next thing out of her mouth was ok so it sounds like you need your tank filled. I am like this is a candid camera or phone prank. If I am having this many issues prior to having a tank or services provided I can only guess what it will be like trying to get gas delivered during an emergency. Thanks but no thanks. Totally put me at ease and was super helpful. Ive used Uhaul in the past and I usually get this truck with a ripped interior patched up by duct tape made in the 80's. I received a 2018 Penske truck with 3k miles and drove like a dream. I'd highly recommend Penske and this location in the future

We…read morehave a European fitting so couldn't get it filled at Boye's etc. I called Quillens and they asked me to bring the tank over and they would take a look. They even stayed open for an extra 45 minutes to wait for me. They didn't have a fitting but kept our propane bottle overnight, had a special fitting made the next morning, filled the bottle AND delivered back to the boat for us!!! And now we have a fitting that will work around the Caribbean. The best customer service I have had.
