Price was acceptable, ended up passing about $90 for the first month's rent. I only needed a month of storage but the Admin fees and lock purchase were unavoidable. Still one of the better prices in the area. Location is super convenient and the facilities are spotless and easily accessible. Management did a great job of ensuring minimal interaction by using email and placing my locks in the unit. Moving in and out was a breeze. I had to take away one star for the broken exit gate which basically allows anyone vehicle access. Staff told me they were aware of the issue and awaiting repair authorization, but didn't seem too concerned. The gate remained broken the entire time I was using their services. Overall, nice facilities and a decent price. read more

As far as the facility itself goes I don't think you can ask for much better. It was clean well-lit easily accessed, and they have multiple size units to fit whatever your storage needs are. My complaint comes from the fact that in less than 3 months they changed my rent from what my initial contract stated it would be. For me, that rent increase came too soon. read more

I have stored here for several years. Until today the service has been overall ok; however, I now feel that they are taking advantage of long time customers. I have rented at different times about 4 or 5 different units. Most recently I was renting 2 but decided to downsize to 1. I paid for the month and notified the office via phone I would be moving. Was told that once I moved to call and any unused credit would be applied to my other unit. I have done this in the past with them so it seemed like nothing was different. I move out of the unit and consolidated then call to notify them as instructed. I am then told that they cannot credit my paid amount to my other unit. Essentially, even though I have now closed the unit there is no way for me to get the prorated credit applied to the unit that I am keeping. This was done for me in the past but now all of a sudden - after moving - I am told that it is no longer possible. This is unfair business practice!! They can now essentially rent the unit to someone else and make money from another person for the same unit for the same period of time!!!! This lack of customer care is appalling. I have over looked bad practice from this facility in the past and never left a review for example the time my unit was broken into and several of my items moved into the hallway. I never said a word and remained a kind customer. But this lack of concern for customer satisfaction is disappointing to say the least! I have referred several people to this location and will be contacted each of them to recommend moving out! As soon as possible, I plan to move my remaining belongings as well. Overall, lack of care for customers especially long term customers! read more
