My storage unit was broken into and stole all my die cast collection from my storage unit without breaking the lock. So it had to be an inside job. Someone has the master keys to get in. My spouse and I have all the keys accounted for! Please don't rent here. Rex the manager didn't want to help out or provide any assistance. Bob the manager he lives in the property said nothing and didn't bother offer assistance when we told him about the situation. They don't have a 24/7 security like is stated on the website or security alarm for the unit. read more

I recently had a trailer stored in this storage facility. It wasn't clear to me that I had signed up under a promo. After 3 months the price was going to double. The manager cut the increase in half, but still 50% increase in price after 3 months. The manager did offer to wave the payment and refund me to pull out the day it was due. But I was stuck at work and decided to stay 1 more month. The reason I dropped my review from 5 star to 1 star is because of security. My trailer was broken into 1 day before I was planning to pull it out and relocate. This isn't what makes me drop to 1 star but would be to 3-4 star. The reason for 1 star and not 2 star is I asked about what we could do about the damages. And I was told SOL! Thankfully the damages were mostly able to be welded, but I was left with the full bill of damages. So in this case I would be better off leaving my trailer unlocked so thefts don't damage my trailer to see there is nothing inside. If I could have so much gave got them to reimburse me at least a portion of the bill then I would have lowered my review to maybe 3 stars due to price increase without knowing I was on a promo for a parking spot. read more

We stored our trailer here and had a great experience. The facility is so clean and secure. Rex was excellent in communicating with us when the window on our trailer broke. He noticed on his daily rounds and called us right away to let us know the window had broken but there was no sign of a break in. When we came to check it out he was correct and it was actually a previous crack that was already there that had just gotten bigger. Since the business changed to Extra Space Storage I've noticed a lot of improvements around the property. Nice, new & welcoming reception area... new assault was put down just a few weeks ago. Security cameras. Really fixed the place up. I always forget what my unit number is and have lost my key many times. I had to have the lock cut off this last time, but Bob was able to help me out in a jiff. No charge either.
