Very easy sign up on phone. I had a couple of questions and they offered to just sign me up while I was on the call. The usual question, name, vehicle etc. .. The App makes for easy gate access too. Also good amenities for RV owners. They have a dump station, propane and best of all the RV wash. I was pretty impressed when I came for the complimentary wash the office staff came out with brushes and cleaned the exterior of the vehicle after the machine soaped it up. Then it was pressure washed clean in the bay. Pretty impressive the office staff takes care of all the amenities. They even pump propane! Oh, the price is very reasonable too. read more

I had two storage units here, one in the rv area inside and one on the management side, outdoors. My unit outdoors was in storage for a little more than a year, it it completely destroyed. It is completely covered in rat urine and poop, my washer, dryer and fridge were covered in rat waste and the wiring chewed. Do not store your stuff here they are completely infested with rats, there are traps everywhere but they don't do anything, when taken up with management they dismissed my complaint and told me this was normal and expected. My mother had a storage unit in Monrovia for years and never once had a rat in her unit. Hector was rude and dismissive when closing out my unit and had a sour face and attitude because I complained about rats. I would never return to them, I payed over 150 dollars a month for over a year so my stuff could be ruined, I thought the point of storage was it kept your stuff nice??! read more

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into StaxUp storage looking for a storage unit. I was greeted by Hector. Hector was extremely helpful and explained the rates and all the details throughly. I wasn't sure if I needed 1 unit or 2 units, so Hector reserved 2 units for me and told me that I can cancel a unit if I decide that I didn't need it with no penalty or charge. The following weekend I returned to be greeted by another gentleman by the name of Gavin. Gavin was also very friendly and helpful. I ended up renting both units at very reasonable prices with 50 percent off on the second month. Both gentlemen were extremely professional and helpful. I needed a storage unit for 2 months and reserved one online with no problems. When I got there I was greeted by Jessica and wow, was she helpful. After she explained the details to me she drove me over to check out the unit. She is awesome and the place is kept very nice and clean. This is the best storage facility I have found. The people are fantastic and the facility is too.

I have been storing my stuff here for well over a year now, I just got my bill for next month. The new bill has a $75 increase, we received no heads up no notice of rate change just get next month we need more money. I understand they are building new units but that means raise the rent on you're already paying customers? No, that's not right. I would not store anything at this facility ever again they have had multiple break ins, people stealing peoples property out of there rvs, and they also have some black guy living in a unit that comes and goes all throughout the night as he pleases, I have seen many times people loose there stuff due to thieving and this facility could care less. If you want your stuff safe I would go across the street. I'm sure the police department would tell you think twice before making this place your final spot to store your valuable personal items. read more

We had our storage there for 9 years then when they got new owners they made us pay insurance on our unit which we had couches on there sides and we put some valuable pictures on top of the couch so they wouldn't get broken and at the top there is a vent about 6inches wide and the people in the unit next to us stole two irreplaceable custom made pictures of my husband and I's baby pictures and a picture of my sister that had passed away. I wish they would of put them back when they saw they weren't valuable but now they are gone and it's clear they took them, cause we had them there for years prior. I filed two complaints and they said that there was nothing that can be done since it wasn't a clear break in from the front. Be aware your stuff may get stolen and refuse paying insurance if your not even truly covered. They need to block the holes with chicken wire of something at the top so it can't happen to someone else..Which, I wouldn't be surprised if has happened to others, I guess were screwed and it's our fault for thinking our stuff was safe there. read more

Do not park your RV at this location! Our RV was broken into last October 2018 and also stolen from the lot. After the 1st incident (break in) we determined to pay extra and have it moved to safe camera zone area. Regardless of where we parked it, the RV was taken straight from the lot. No one from the StaxUp ever called us to report or confirm it gone. We went to pick it up for a small RV planned vacation and it was GONE! We have asked for someone to call us back on video footage and all we are told that no one at the storefront has the combination other than the installer to view the cameras, doesnt make sense!! We are still waiting for camera footage! Also you pay for camera or security service and it doesn't work!!! How convenient... If you park your RV at this place know that there cameras only video for 10days and then delete, according to the live in security guard. the "President"at the StaxUp could careless if its gone. I wholeheartedly believe without a doubt that it was taken from their lot by somebody they know. This is an inside job! Do not park your RV at this unit facility!! Save your money go to reputable establishment. This place is worst! read more

My storage unit was broken in to June 30th, I went to my unit on July 10th and noticed it myself,, they didn't know about it and when we called police we noticed two more broke into,, I'm screwed because I didn't get insurance I already was paying $138,a month and just thought they had cameras to protect my property,, seems like they would of noticed there break in's I know it's my fault but wouldn't rent there to many break in's good luck they cleaned me out.. read more

Hi Peter, Thank you for the your message but I've rather you got my number from your StaxUp office and call me instead for this matter, I don't like to go back and forth on messages plus personally I feel it would be more professional. First off you never mention of how gas would get stolen from StaxUp location, or how a 26ft moving truck was stolen in that location (infront of that office!) and why cameras where not working properly again in YOUR LOCATION (StaxUp) but yet I had to pay for it?!.. Yes the least they can do is open their after hour office like by 10 minutes more and did they tell you why she kicked out? a good honest hard working person?? This was my issue with StaxUp, unprofessional, inappropriate activities, not reliable, not trustworthy, disappointment, unethical behavior and more... the one good thing from all this was that the lady was able to find us a truck with gas to rent us. Llike I said on my first review comment... I am taking U-Haul to court to get my money back on January 2019 is our court date so you know Peter that I am taking care of this matter with U-Haul. I wish there would be an option for no stars...had the unit since early January of this year and never had a problem is was easy and convenient to go over when I needed something or had to take something...would go about once a month or every six weeks...but until last weekend that I went in and noticed a whole bunch of rat dropping all over my stuff so disgusting..went and told them in the office and they said there's nothing that they can do about it because apparently the extra fee I pay for insurance does not cover rodent damages...and all they said is that they could give me some mouse traps but I would I have to go in to check on them weekly yeah like if I really have time for that...so disappointing now I'm going to have to get my furniture professionally cleaned and disinfected ....now I see why this place only has a one star rating and yeah I should've checked on the reviews before getting the unit from here...I wouldn't of had a problem if they would've offered to take care of the issues or at least to reimburse for the cost of getting the furniture cleaned...so I highly don't recommend this place.... read more
