Hi, my name is Marcella and I had decided to find a storage unit and came across this facility. The person who helped me was named Jason. He went above and beyond to assist us in any way possible. By the time we left the facility I was extremely grateful for all his support. It has been almost 3 weeks since we rented the unit and have been wanting to give an excellent review to this guy. Where do I start? After having a horrific experience last week being locked inside the gates a minute after the gates closed and then having the on-site manager demand $40 cash from me before opening the gates to allow my kids and I out... I spoke to a higher up supervisor, after he admitted fault from his employee (he reviewed the video footage) he offered to make things right. He told me before the weekend he would speak to his supervisors and seek advice on how to make up for his manager frightening my oldest daughter (she's 9 and just went through a situation that made her uneasy around strangers). Tuesday came and did not hear from Chris. I took it upon myself to reach out to him. While on the phone I could tell he was preoccupied with something else. I even had to ask him if he was still on the phone. What a shame they do not care nor have ANY compassion for their customers - their bread and butter. I have been a customer for close to a year and all I was told he was sorry that my daughter was put through that. She's 9! All I can say to her is "honey, they're sorry". She doesn't understand that as an apology for what she went through. How pitiful, after plopping down over $100 a month for 11 months they can't even send a scared little girl a gift certificate to get a Happy meal. All they are worried about are their reviews. I wanted to leave a revised review with 5 stars, but after getting off the phone with preoccupied Chris in Orange County I'm left even more upset and undervalued as a customer. If I could give -0 stars I would! Just so sad that they don't even care about the kids. Please do not rent from here! If you're close to this area and don't know where to go there is a storage next door and across the street. Go to one of those. Because clearly if you have a safety issue here, not even CORPORATE will offer any compassion. I am taking this further into other media outlets. read more

This storage has a free truck! I am usually on a tight budget when moving, (because it is at last minute). Saved me from renting a truck, gas and I do not have to be bothered with a lot of paperwork! I have only stored with this company in Hemet, Ca and they have 2 locations!! This location is right in the middle of town. I stored back in 2010+. Quick and easy to get in and out. read more

Rented a large steel "overseas container" for quite a few months from this place with two large doors. Had problems with opening the doors from day #1 and complained to the facility manager Mr. Mike Pineda but at first it fell on deaf ears, I suppose. We could not get the left-hand door open at all and the right-hand door--(master overlapping door) was very difficult to swing open and they are heavy doors. After continuing to complain about the doors, he finally sprayed some WD-40 on the hinge points but very sparingly. The master right-hand door started working begrudgingly a little better for opening but when we could finally get the left-hand door to open, (after a month of fighting with it) much to our surprise--- it would only open about 2-3 inches before scraping and stopping on the cement slab on the ground. Needless to say, a much better storage experience is what we had in mind at this point... Fortunately, we left shortly afterwards but we will not do business here again--- especially when the other storage places next door and across the street have comparable prices with better units. read more

I have been renting a storage unit with them for a while today I come and open the whole way to my storage unit and I find roaches all in the hallway I open up my storage unit to find roaches crawling all over my belongings the property manager alleged that she will bomb the entire hallway before I move my stuff to another unit however today I returned only to find the exact same problem nothing was done roaches still all over the hallway and crawling all over my belongings nothing has changed the alleged manager claims they sweep the hallways everyday however that is a Lie the same dead insects that were on the floor yesterday or on the floor today I am just extremely very upset and want to move my belongings as soon as possible do not rent here see above photos attached read more
