I contacted the store for assistance and to request a refund or resolution, but I was informed that no refund would be provided, and I did not receive an apology or clear explanation. I paid for a service that did not occur, and the lack of customer support and accountability was disappointing. For a service that handles time-sensitive shipments, I expected more proactive communication, verification of address details before shipping, and a willingness to resolve the situation when the service failed.
