Respectful renters and clean facilities…read more I used Space Center Storage for four months during the winter to sell off items left over when I moved. The garage was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and kind. They went the extra mile and retrieved de-icer when I couldn't get my lock to open one very cold afternoon. I was concerned about spending on storage, but I felt good about it because the site is secure and the other renters friendly. I had to meet a lot of people to show items for sale, and no one ever complained or gave me a cross look. Everyone was always very friendly and kind. I only have positive experiences to say about Space Center Storage.

Service at the office was smooth. Overall the storage unit was good, staff was really friendly and the place was safe. It's especially special when one of the ladies working at the front office knew my name as I asked them to close my unit. If only I could have such a good memory.... :)

I was told once a year and a measly few bucks every year which I was okay with. Recently I got a card in the mail saying my rent was going up by over $30 per month. I asked the utterly stupid site manager about this who rebutted she doesn't ask questions from the company to which I retorted "Yah well you should! That way you can explain to customers like myself WHY this is happening!" I finally got an answer from their customer service number-Turns out myself and every other renter are paying for THEIR maintenance! You collect rent monthly from hundreds of us as renters and yet YOU can't pay for your own maintenance?? Instead you pass the buck off to the working class! Utter BS. Also beware of Rebecca the site manager-She's an ultra conservative "Christian" and a Trump supporter..She likes to let everyone know exactly how she feels about abortion, politics etc..I reported this to the company. So hey Rebecca! How about keeping your crappy opinions to yourself, having a shred of professionalism and just doing your job?!? Now I'm paying almost $400 a MONTH!!!! Beware of this storage company and DO NOT RENT HERE! I'll be vacating my unit probably next month due to their BS policies. For the uninitiated storage trekker, Lex-stor should be your first and only stop. I've patronized this facility for over 2 years now and I'm more than happy with it. I've used other places and I've always had something go sideways; payment, key access, funky people, etc. Not here. Good owners. I highly recommend this facility.
